Kills me to have to write this review about a music store when I'm a musician with two children who want to play music, but this store is the worst. It is totally pot luck if they will even be open at the posted store hours, so after two separate trips to their storefront only to be greeted by a locked door is infuriating. Amazon seems to be the only viable choice, unfortunately.

So my son just got accepted in 5th grade school band and my flute from when I was in 5th grade in the 90's needs a fix up and so we erred to rent one, and my fiancé found this place and so of course I yelped the place and saw all the amazing, wonderful reviews from other yelpers and so when we went in the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. The price and value for what you get when you rent was awesome! The first thing they said was "oh yeah, you're old flute is fixable, just needs new pads and one of the buttons needs fixing". I was so elated they could fix it, only thing was the wait list for repairs was so long I can't take it in to get fixed until next month. So we rented one and it came with a starter kit with a stand for the music book that came with the rental purchase as well. We got a discounted rate for the first month and it was really affordable. Only $26 for the first month and $31/ month after that. They also offer music lessons! Check it out! I recommend this place!

My family rented multiple instruments from this store for the last school year. Heres what you should know...Their system is always slow, they aren't fluent in how to use it. If you have a card on file, it will charge sometimes and others not and you'll get a collection call or letter. If you take lessons like we did for (1 month) you'll be charged for second month and they'll say "no problem we will request a refund"....it will never come..and they never know why.. I have been asking for one since July of last year for my money back for 280$ to which they have gave me the run around. The GM who ever she is will never call you back and you'll just be out of money and leave with a horrible experience. The manager is nice but ineffective and the other guys seem nice but never know whats going on. I've tried to be as patient as possible for month and months longer than I should have.. Customer service will tell you its a store issue and to work it out with them... Avoid and go else where if possible.

Don't use this place!!! The card they had on file was fraudulently used so it had to be cancelled and I was waiting on a replacement. The company called me and left a message with a phone number to call to update the card. When I called, the selection to pay my bill was not working and disconnected me and I tried multiple times. When I called the store, they said they couldn't take payment at the actual location (even though that's where I did the initial rental?!?) They sent me a paper bill which I sent in and I just got another bill saying they sent me to collections!!! Whaaaaaat?!? They sent me to collections for $64?!? Wow! I'm returning their equipment and I will be letting the murrieta school district know about their shady practices so they are no longer referred. Horrible!!!

A martial arts school. Not too big but has a good number of students & classes. Grandson goes 5-6 days a week Instructor seems to have a good handle on teaching & guiding the students.

Update to my review After3-4 mos I called corporate, A number I found my my credit card billing. Couple of different transfers and a wonderful woman who understood their customer service process, forwarded my info to the local district manager, and it was resolved in about two weeks, much more pleasant experience, and resolve to my satisfaction.

I rented an instrument from this place and ended up buying it outright. However, I am still being charged on a monthly basis for an instrument I have paid in full. Upon calling to resolve the matter, they have promised return of funds and for the charges to be stopped, but I have still been charged monthly. As of now, I have called 4 times, only to given the run around a promise in resolve. Still being charged currently. Terrible communication. Can't get the billing right or a clear answer as to what is going on.

We had my daughter's flute tuned and replaced parts. Great customer service experience so friendly and knowledgeable. Calm first (we stopped by on a Friday night) for an open music session.

Horrible customer service, Managment and corporate. Have been owed $280 for a refund for 3 months now and have got the run around from Kirk the store manager, Samantha the district manager doesn’t answer or return calls. Can’t do refunds at a store level according to them but corporate says to go to the store and they’ll handle it. Have left over 10 voicemails with Samantha and received 1 call back stating the refund would be processed the week of September 19th and October 21st and no refund and no call back from anyone.
