I came in for my appointment and they said it would be 45 minutes for an oil change but it ended up being over 2 hours. Also the price they charged me was higher than what I was told on the phone and when I asked about it the owner said he won't service my car again. Not the way to run a business or treat a customer.

It’s very rare in these days to still find honest and decent Auto Repair shop. I went to check issues with my BMW X5 suspension issues. Matt and his team checked the suspension system throughly and found that the suspension is bad, but when he found out that my vehicle still under warranty , he wrote a report to BMW with his diagnosis details and refused to charge me any thing. I insisted many times but he insistently refused. I was overwhelmed. I highly recommend them for any auto repairs without hesitation.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is a great shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I took my Jag there. Totally satisfied.
