I will never do business with TMS again. I have even waited a few days to write this to try and cool off a little. I took my CanAm Maverick X3 to them in September 2023 for a 200 hour service and also told them it was idling rough. We all laughed when I told them I needed it by November for a trip to Utah. I got it back 5 different times only to find it was still idling rough and in limp mode yet they assured me it was fixed. Each time having to return it to them. And each time with a different excuse like low fuel in the tank or anti-seize grease on the plugs. They even admitted at one point the could not verify if the plugs were actually changed. They spent 3 1/2 months running various tests while still not solving the problem. They even consulted with BRP in Canada when they were stumped. They finally decided to check the battery, which they also said they did during the 200 hour service and charged me for it. They determined the battery was no good the second time. They charged me for 5 hours of labor to diagnose a bad battery at $125/hour! $650 to figure out the battery was bad. I approved the battery replacement over the phone, reluctantly agreed to the labor charge because by this point I just wanted my machine back. To add insult to injury, after we agreed on the total labor charge, the spineless service manager Mike had the audacity to charge an additional $39 for the battery install without telling me. He conveniently slid the invoice on the counter without so much as a look in the eye or handshake after 3 1/2 months and then mysteriously disappeared. If they can't figure out something as simple as a defective battery I certainly doubt they can diagnose or fix a real problem. It would have been faster for me to trailer it to Canada then wait on TMS. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Eric helped us get into a brand new rzr pro xp, the deal was effortless. A few texts back and forth and the unit was sold. Shot down the day after we signed paperwork and we were out within an hr. Temecula motorsports has our business for future purchases. If youre reading this review dont look anywhere else. Make this place your one stop. ?? were ready to off road again.

I’ve been shopping at TMS for several years now and have no complaints. Our latest purchase of our yamaha yxz and suzuki drz400 went very well and our Salesman Torrey answered all of our questions and was very professional throughout the process. Thank you TMS , it’s time once again for the dirt. Can’t wait for Cal city, flagstaff, utah, oregon and many more amazing places.

Bought a Yamaha EX Sport Waverunner here! Danny was our salesman and a COMPLETE dream to work with. He was kind, courteous & very personable. We gave him an "out the door" price that we thought was fair & he came back right away & the deal was done. We had looked at another place near our home & their "out the door" price did not include taxes & fees! Isn't that what that means?? Anyways, it was worth the 2 hour drive. If you are looking for a huge store with all the fun toys, THIS is your place! And I HIGHLY recommend Danny to get your deal done!!!

This was the worst service I've had and I will never buy anything from here again. I had heard bad things about them and I should've listened. I requested information and the sales person was very pushy to get me to come in. Once I was in to look at the bike, he was very quick with the transaction, very pushy still. Once I bought it and signed he papers, I was told it would be delivered to my house later that day. I then received a text saying it would have to wait till the next morning. it wasn't delivered till after noon and it had to be picked up right after and taken back to the store because the bike was leaking gas. I was then told I'd have the bike the next morning. i never received a call and when I called to ask about the status of my bike, services had no idea about it at all. I then received a text from the sales person saying my bike will be delivered later that day. evening came and I got another text saying the delivery has been delayed and that I will have to wait another day to receive it and that I would receive a $100 gift card for my troubles. The next day comes and nothing. the sales person accidentally texted me and that's when he said oh, sorry, yeah I'll send your bike out shortly. hours passed and nothing. I asked about it and he replied "shortly" hours later, I finally received a call that my bike was on its way. when it arrived, no gift card. This has literally been the worst transaction and it shows how little communication goes on there. i will never go to them again.

Nov 11, 2023: Needed new shoes for my bike. If you drive the bike in, it's ~$150 labor for them to swap both tires, but if you bring the wheels in yourself, and buy their tires it's $20 per tire, which is a better deal than anywhere else in the area which is a plus since Cycle Gear down the street is $25/tire and you have to bring them in off the bike as well. Took my tires in for a swap and got my wheels back with 4-5 chip marks on the rims. I don't know if it was a tech or the machine but my wheels are no longer pristine. They're about 2-3mm each, but I don't remember requesting damage to my motorcycle when I requested a tire change. Not satisfied with what I received back. Will not be returning to their service department.

Sadly this business don't care much for customers because they won't respond when you contact them on their website. If you don't want to respond to request please remove the "contact us" function.

I was skeptical E-Mailing a dealer about a sale on a new RZR Pro XP expecting unrealistic conditions and exceptions. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Eric was patient and truthful in every way! I E-Mailed him on Saturday made the deal and Sunday picked up my new RZR for exactly what we discussed! He had it waiting in back. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. The vibe of the staff was so pleasant I bought accessories I’d planned on buying at a later date, the parts staff was just as good as Eric granting me a 10% discount buying the same day. I’m very pleased with my transition and the sale. I’ve already bragged to family and friends about Temecula Motorsports.

Just purchased a 2024 YZ450F and had a great experience. David Cardona was very patient and made the purchase go smooth as silk. I've always got my parts from TMS and it's awesome to see that the sales team is just as helpful with me as the customer. Thanks for the great attitudes and help.DJ

Stay way from this service department. Mike the service manager turned down my bike 10/07/23 for repair because its apparently 10 years old. When you call for a service appointment they typically tell you they are 60 days out to even look at your motorsport. My 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager 1700 motorcycle is in mint condition and is always garaged and serviced, ridden maybe twice a month and i have only had it serviced at Temecula motorsports since i bought it from the dealership. Currently my motorcycle is stuck in a parking lot off Rancho California Temecula where i live with a ECU fuse blown. When i try to replace the fuse it keeps blowing so thats why i called to see if i could tow it in for them to look at it. They are the only mechanics to ever work on my bike since i have owned and now thats its passed their apparent 10 year cut off policy they wont even help me out. The sad part is i had no problem paying for the costs of the repair they just said NO we can’t help you take it to some random dealership. I would stay away from this dealership in general. I have lived in Temecula 20 years and they are the only service center i ever felt comfortable taking my motorcycle to because they a Kawasaki trained. In 2021 Temecula motorsports replaced the transmission, clutch and battery and it took them almost 6 months to fix it. Poor customer service. Why would i take my motorcycle to any other service center that is not factory authorized to work on Kawasaki. Also if you plan on buying something new from this dealership and if your motorsport breaks down plan on waiting for a long period of time to have the repairs completed. This dealership and service center obviously has outgrown the community of Temecula and its demand for service and they can not even help their loyal customers.

Did a lot of research, spoke with salespeople from two CO dealerships, two Las Vegas dealers and three SoCal dealerships. Sean Hummel from Temecula Motorsports was the only salesperson who stayed true to their word and actually had the SxS in stock. We bought the 2023 Kawasaki KRX4 we wanted at a great price and Sean was upfront about all costs and the out-the-door price. Sean made himself available over several months to answer questions, get us a great deal, and was honest and authentic throughout. The other CA dealers were NOT. We highly recommend Sean Hummel at Temecula Motorsports!
