Terrible moving companyDo not use them !They were more than 3 hours late , took extremely long time to complete the move and my furniture was damaged. After calling and filing a claim I never heard from them again.I prefer to not write such negative comments as I believe in supporting small/local businesses.Please read the Yelp reviews and not the response - find another moving company.

This moving company was extremely late and it was downhill from there. I called them and although they emphatically apologized it was to no avail. I was asked to send pictures of the furniture that was damaged. It's been 2 months and I never back heard from them. I believe in supporting small and local businesses however I cannot and would not recommend this company.

Used them this weekend, do not hire this company under any circumstances! All the bad reviews are spot on! They charge and market themselves as professional movers (I will say they were polite), they're not! It took them 10hrs to move a one bedroom apt. with minimal furniture from Irvine, CA to Winchester, CA. They were 5 hours late, I had to help them load in and load out, otherwise it would have taken longer and damaged the dresser. We read great reviews on Facebook, but did not check Yelp. Trust me from personal experience, save yourself the aggravation from this LacOf Moving Services!

Poor response, poor communication, 2 hours late, damaged furniture, stolen items. Should be closed down Prices are high took 2 days instead of one due to them arriving hours late and long lunch break. Worst case scenario ever

Taclog movers were incredible. Even though they had a vehicle hiccup and arrived later than they expected they had a great, positive attitude. They worked hard all day and were very courteous and respectful. They were very careful with each of our items (and boy did we have some heavy pieces). They communicated extremely well with each other and us and made moving as less stressful as possible. We truly appreciate their hard work and great attitude and look forward to working with them again in a week when we move my Mom!! Thanks so much!

TacLog's unreliability made our recent move WAY more stressful than it should have been. We had 4 PODs to load from our old house, and unload at the new one. They were no-shows THREE TIMES. No notice, either - they just went dark and never showed up. We thought about switching to another company, but we were in the middle of the move, so we stuck with them despite their unreliability. (They also damaged a number of our furniture pieces.) At the end, TacLog was scheduled to help finish the job by taking a load to the dump. But like the other times, they simply didn't show up. As before, with no notice. I had to hire another company to finish the job. Days later, they emailed and said "would you like us to do the dump run?" like nothing had happened. I've moved several times before, and this company was the worst I've ever dealt with. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stress: find a different company to help with your move. Don't go with TacLog.

Taclog was a lifesaver when it came to loading our trailer,Ramon and Edgar were polite, efficient and very professional. Do not hesitate to call them for all of your moving needs! You won't be dissapointed.

Probably the second worst moving company I ever delt with.Had I know the carelessness of the workers I would have never booked with them. I wasn’t aware of all the damaged they did untill the next day. The scratched my wooded floors, and broke my very expensive armoire, they also broke one of the drawers inside and put it in the garage behind some boxes when they were unloading. Found the drawer the next day when we went to organize things. If I would have known all the damage they had cause I would have never tipped workers so graciously..Called twice and left messages for the owner to inform him of the damages that we’re done and has not once responded or called back.I would definitely steer clear of this company and go elsewhere for the price that it cost. It wasn’t worth the damages that we’re done.I haven’t even fully been able to unpack due to my work schedule and I’m worried about what might be broken inside of boxes. My daughter told me that they were just throwing stuff off the truck when I was inside the house.Also, one of the workers said that his boss would pay me for a positive review. What a crook.

Brandt Keller does not return any calls or messages. They were the same price as a big moving company but charged us for items which weren't on our Moving list. One item charged us then refused to move it dayongbit was against policy. Promi a Ed 3 Mover we were given two the first day and 1 the last day. Took a week for a 2 day move. They lost stole and damaged so many items.

The guys kicked serious butt moving our stuff. Not only friendly, they also confronted the work with an awesome attitude the entire 7 hours. Could not have done the move without them and will happily recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

We used this service and they were at it until midnight to move just 4 rooms worth of furniture. They also damaged almost all of the furniture. One of the movers left after an hour, leaving a teenager and a guy who had a sprained back. This was the worst moving experience, ever. We witnessed them dragging leather and wood furniture on concrete, causing it to scratch and gouge. If you want to experience the WORST movers in the area, give them a call!

Another great experience with Taclog! Brandt was super helpful and polite while getting my move details scheduled. Antoine and Tarence were phenomenal movers! Speedy, careful and considerate guys with great personalities! This is my third move with Taclog. Highly recommend!!

Price was comparable to a big moving company. The last thing I want to do is cost someone their livelihood... This company is not to be trusted.The owner Brandt Keller was supposed to come and confirm the size of the truck needed, never showed up, the movers came hours late with a truck which was way too small. They didn't finish packing until 1am and had to do a second truck the next day. We were not planning on another day in the house, even worse was The second truck didn't get loaded for another 2 days and finally delivered 4 days later missing many of my belongings. They have acknowledged having our items and are aware things went missing.It has been one month from the date we were to have been moved in. Brandt and his office will not return calls, emails or text messages. To make matters worse I work from home, they stepped on my computer monitor and broke it, kept the hardware to reassemble my desk, I asked them to ship me the hardware and I will.put it back together. this affected my ability to work, its the worst customer service.So disappointed with our efforts to work with a local company.

We had a great experience using this company for our move! They were professional, on time, and careful with our belongings. They took the time to make sure our household goods were safe, and unloaded them exactly where we wanted them. We definitely recommend, and plan to use again for any future moves. Thank you!
