We chose COREtec LVP, and Dave and his team handled everything with professionalism and care, resolving a few issues along the way. this guy is an absolute loser he sells people wood with wood staircases trying to put wood on a round stairs tells me to soak the wood in water to bend stairs this is the stupidest thing ever they have to do a 221/2 degree in order to install on steps doesn't pay for staircase install doesn't pay for prep sells people sheet vinyl with wrong glues,sell people black & white vct tile from 2 different manufacturers & expects to to make it work this guy is an absolute joker he has no state license to even be in business this guy isn't smart enough to pass the state test RUN as fast as u can go elsewhere if anyone was ever satisfied it was not do to this freak I have a much bigger list than that but isn't that enough

Super Floor's pricing and customer service are excellent. I had a molding/painting project running parallel to ordering 2 rooms of carpet from Super Floor Store. My molding/paint contractor ran past schedule while my carpet arrived when promised by Owner Dave P. I asked if it was possible for him to store the carpet until my contractor finished the molding/paint work. Dave was very gracious and ended up storing the carpet for almost 3 weeks. When I let Dave P know that I was ready for the carpet, he got me scheduled and it was installed flawlessly within 2 days. Super Floor Store will be my first choice for any future flooring needs.

My fiancé and I walked in ready to spend money on a tile floor. We already had a model in mind and saw that Super Floor Store carried American Olean product. We asked if they could check if they have a specific model, and the older lady who helped us did not seem to want to assist customers. Nevertheless I mentioned I could buy the product online so maybe there is a chance you can order it, if you just please check. She then came back and said "if you can buy it online then why are you here". Immediately that turned me off, and I mentioned I want to support local businesses. She called me wife and I both sick and wanted to call the cops. She then called Dave Phillips instead of the cops. In todays time you need to have proper customer service in order to sustain business. If you review the video she also kept yelling to take off your mask. We wear our masks for protection. My wife and I came to Arizona Tile in Murrietta where the service was great, and they took $12k of our money. My recommendation, don't have someone who has an extremely poor attitude pushing sales. I understand people have bad days, but don't bring it to work, and always support your customers needs. Thank you, Rico

Dave and Vielka were professional and helpful. They helped me choose the perfect tile for my family room and allowed me to take home samples to match with my existing decor. The estimate was reasonable and in my budget. The installer, Nick Castleberry, was fantastic. He respected my privacy and made sure that I had access to needed areas of my house at all times. The flooring looks terrific, and he took the time to plan the pattern so that I didn't have a lot of small pieces on the edges. He was meticulous in laying the tile, and it shows in the end product. I am very pleased with results, and recommend Super Floor Store.

We bought our wood-look tile from Super Floor store and have enjoyed the whole process. We first came in and looked at their stock, and took home three samples so we could see how the tile would look in our rooms and with different lighting. They required a small cash deposit (maybe about $20-40) and returned the deposit to take home the samples (makes sense so they get their samples back). Then we ordered. Dave and his wife are knowledgeable, honest, and easy to get a hold of (for the most part). There were several times that my husband called Dave and couldn't get a hold of him after we had bought and gotten our tile. But Dave was very apologetic and we understand they are busy with lots of home improvement projects going on. We also needed more tile when our tile people were working and Dave helped us get more of our tile. He let us know that their distributor (I think that's who it is... Not sure) had our tile in stock and we could get it; but it may have been a different story if we needed more than several boxes etc. We are very happy with the tile and working with Dave and his wife. We highly recommend the Super Floor Store for your flooring needs. (Photos may be out of order).

My husband and I bought a house in Murrieta that had blond carpet, which was not a fit for a family with a basset hound and beagle. :) We knew we wanted a hard wood look type of flooring but had no idea where to go. I did some research and found Super Floor Store--my lucky day!! Dave Phillips and his wife, Vielka, were so welcoming and listened to what I needed for floors in our house. Then they patiently showed me all the possibilities. I decided on a waterproof luxury vinyl. Dave measured our home and ordered the flooring. He was constantly in touch keeping me updated on delivery of the flooring. The work they did has made our house not only functional with the type of floor we needed but soooooooo beautiful, too. I just can't believe how great our house looks because of the flooring AND the baseboards installed--I just can't say enough. If you are looking to have your floors replaced, go see Dave and Vielka!!! They do QUALITY work and are the nicest people you will ever meet!! :)

After obtaining quotes from three separate places for replacing our floors, we found ourself speaking with Dave.Not only was the quote the cheapest, the work his team, did installing our new flooring and carpet was top notch.The installers were on time, worked hard, and the end result was even better than we hoped for. Thank You So much guys, we love our house again.Joe
