I have been coming to this store since we moved here 8 years ago, I was greeted by Cindy B and from day one I felt at home! I love that you have no self check out lines ,so I can appreciate the wonderful customer service provided by each and every one of the cashiers and baggers ... I have never ever have had a bad experience, from the bakery, the sushi, the meat department and the fruit department is all top notch in my book . I went in on a busy long line Super Bowl Sunday morning, but saw Cindy again, smiling , conversing, working hard and I was happy to be in her line to get that warm customer service from her ! Always pleased with Cindy and absolutely all employees here! Not to mention the best prices too! Please keep everything the same and don't ever get those self checkout lines, it's one of my main reasons I enjoy my hometown Stators!

This Stator Bros has been my go to supermarket for a while now. I have yet to have a negative experience and the employees are always friendly. I came in today around 4pm to do my usually weekly shop and as I finished loading up my car I realize I had locked my keys and cell phone in the trunk of my car. My heart dropped to my stomach as I had my 5 year old and 18 months old with me. I went inside to ask for a phone to use so that I could get ahold of someone to get my car unlocked. I asked the first two employees at the entrance that I came across. I wish I would have gotten her name, but a young lady with dark hair and light complexion without a second of hesitation offered her phone. She was so beyond kind and so willing to help a stranger. I didn't get to thank her enough. She deserves all good karma to come her way!

Consumers, when you buy fresh fish at this location on Hancock, be sure to look and smell it before the guy wraps it. I bought some fish fish and only realized several pieces were spoiled once I arrived home. I didn't return them because of the drive.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to this amazing young man named Spencer! I've seen him start out as a bagger and know doing the shopping for my online groceries as well as delivering to the car! He always has a smile on his face and you can tell he is so passionate about his job and loves what he does! Thank you Spencer for always going over and beyond and Caring about what's on my shopping list.

Poor customer service spoiled my night. Josh V. came from line #5 to place a closed wire directly in front of me as I stood in line #4 with the light on. He did not utter a word or a gesture, he just went back to his line #5. I addressed him about it and he chuckled in my face with an assistant bagger with no response. In no way do I appreciate this treatment unwarranted and not happy with the experience at all, especially spending my earned money here.

I've been shopping here for years. The store tops all other local grocery stores with their fresh produce and good prices. Love the new drive up service and had Spencer bring my groceries out, he was so nice and made sure I was taken care of.

This isn't the first time that we have come to this location on a Saturday before 12 pm & they do not have Angus burgers at the butcher counter. Is it too hard to make burgers if you see the tray is empty??

Ghetto . Slow, nothing is ever in stock . They never have all the lines open . Maybe two while the whole store is full . Ambiance is dead .

I came in this store this morning to buy some mints and get $5 cash back to give to my son for lunch today. After waiting in line and getting run up, I am told there's a minimum purchase amount of $5 for cash back. I asked the cashier where it is posted. She said its not, its what the manager told them to tell the customers. I have no problem with a business requiring a minimum purchase for cash back or even charging a small fee, BUT MAKE IT VISIBLE TO THE CUSTOMER AT POINT OF SALE. I manage a grocery store, and I would never pull this on my customers at point of sale. Tell the company to invest in some little sticker to place on the card reader. Will not be returning.

I have always loved this Stater Bros or all Stater Bros for that matter. However, u need to Yelp about today's experience. I usually go here weekdays afternoon or weekend mornings. Not very impressed w JAWN at the butcher area. Went to grab 2 beef shoulder clods and asked him to slice them thin. His reply, "Ummm... it's not gonna be good, I don't have a slicer back here. You could take it to the deli, they have a slicer back there but I don't think they'll do it. The butcher left for the day but he'll be back tomorrow morning. You can come back tomorrow morning and he can slice it for you. If I slice it it's bot gonna be good."1. He suggested I take it to the deli!?!! Wtf kind of answer is that!!?!?! Of course they're not gonna do it bc the deli deals w COOKED FOOD!! I work in microbiology and I highly doubt the FDA would be happy about that comment!!2. Lazy.... it was obvious this kid is lazy... he kept insisting that "it's not gonna be good" if he cuts it. Why in the hell do you work in the butcher shop then if you can't cut meat!?!? Wtf!!??!3. Come back tomorrow?!?! Do you seriously think that people have time for that?4. Idk bout you, but this kid needs to be retrained or something. These are not smart answers he gave me when I asked him to slice my meat. If he doesn't know how to do that, he should not be working there. He is not qualified to work at a butcher shop.The kids that work in the day time are all pretty good. They always prep my meat as I ask them to. But as for JAWN, yeah... someone needs to talk to him. I have been going to this Stater Bros for 27 years and have never had this issue w ANY of the butcher shop staff. Be better, please!!! JAWN needs to either get retrained or work somewhere else, or get unlazy. No bueno people, no bueno!!

I left a review last week about the lines being so Long. Now today I got to shop and the store is so filled with non food items for the holidays that are near. It is almost a hazard to not have isles clear. It looks over crowded and desperate to sell at any cost. Try the produce section and you can't even get around the fruit stand and greeting cards. Why is it so much. Never in the 20 plus years I have been shopping here has it been this way. Please get rid of the new management and get a normal store back.
