Always a disappointment. Low quality food and expensive. I just bought tamales today and two of them were undercooked. Like why do they do this. Don't buy food here period.

Meat and deli are just pressing numbers and not calling the numbers management should speak to them. They all seem young and new and I still have to wait for them to attend the people after me. It is ridiculous. They are also laughing and playing around

I have eaten hereseveral times. I was always pleased until yesterday. There were no condiments at the eating area for my tacos. I ask the manager/worker, If he would please refill the empty containers of Cilantro, Onions, Guacamole and Jalapeño Peppers; he looked at me and walked away. I watched him go behind the counter. He had the worker make him a plate of food. Afterwards; He walked back passed me. No one ever came to fill the empty containers!!!

some of their meat got mold in them and some products are expired and still not taken off the shelf. had the worst experience at the self check out. the lady who worked there was literally HOVERING behind me making sure i was scanning all my items. there was TWO other people at the self check out area and she chooses to stand RIGHT behind me watching me. I've never felt so uncomfortable and offended. never coming here again.

One of the first places that I stop at when getting into Murrieta and Temecula to see family. All of their house-made food is my favorite. I always stock up on tamales, tortillas, chips, salsa, chevice, guacamole, meat, and more. They have a great selection of food and produce.

I don't shop here ever really but I do eat at the food Court and it is the bomb, not too badly priced either. But mainly my frequent visits to this Cardenas is the recent installment of Amazon lockers, super convenient, reasonable hrs., And extremely quick considering the task, pick up a package and process a return in a matter of seconds. Thanks for working with Amazon, it helps make this complicated life BB just a bit more simple

It’s like taking a trip to a Mercado in Mexico!Great selection of of products, clean and organized. Bathrooms could use a little cleaning.The different areas of food are really cool, from the café, the tortillería, the kitchen with pollo asado. They have a Tamales Bar? What?They have a number system at the meat market, so people don’t have to fight over who is next.The service from everyone there was great! The young girl at the café was willing to make their classic Café de Olla on ice instead of hot. Try the seafood cocktail at the kitchen area. Spicy and Delicious. Surprised that it was so good, since Super Market food is not always that great, but it was as good as any authentic Mexican Restaurants.

Lots of wonderful foods to choose from. Very large meat counter with just about any kind you want. Prices were pretty reasonable, some things were more expensive than other stores. And they have the biggest pork rinds I have ever seen.

Horrible customer service !!! Was told it would be a 40 minute wait , that they would text us when ready . Waited over two hours and no text back !! Even went back to store and was told that were next . And never got text back. Incompetent employees

This store is horrible when it comes to customer service. My wife and I went to the store to purchase a sim card for a brand new phone that we had bought. When my wife told the girl working at the store that we just needed to by a sim card she said that it w ou old be best if we purchased a new phone from the store. My wife told the girl that we had purchased a phone on Amazon and just need es d the sim card. We are already T-Mobile customers with 5 phone on our account looking to add a 6th. The girls next comment was the phones that are sold on Amazon usually don't work. What a blatant lie that was because I have now purchased 6 different phones on Amazon and they sure as s*** do work. We finally got to speak with another gentleman in the store when the girl finally realized that we weren't going to purchase a new phone walked away pissed off. The man was pleasant but didn't know how to activate the sim card and spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to do so. He then charged us $34 for the activation when the person in the Phillipines that he talked to on the phone told him how to do it. Come on T-Mobile I know you can do better that this. Train your people to be knowledgeable and not act like stupid bitches.

I had run into a lot of problems finding a sim card for my phone, I called and Tony answered and was super helpful and knowledgeable right off the bat. So I drive down there and get into the store and Alfred and Tony helped us out, got everything taken care of and switched for me and were super cool, were professional yet laid back that made me feel like my sprint (now tmobile) phone was taken care of! All the associates were super helpful and outgoing. Highly recommend I drove 50 miles round trip to get here and it was worth it :)

My wife and family are on a family plan and wanted information on upgrading phones and service to our plan. Robyn Carrizales and Alfredo Castro took the time to explain in great detail the different options we with new phones we had with the the old plan and a new plan. We we're very impressed with their knowledge and that they took the time to make sure we were getting the right plan for us. They made us feel we were welcome and not a chore. Thank you both again.
