They should replace the workers and management here with kiosks and a pick-up counter.
Asking any of the employees here a simple question is apparently the equivalent of giving a toddler a math problem.
Also, don't ask for a manger since he is likely eating Jersey Mikes in the back or whatever else lazy managers do.........

Nice place! A Bass Pro without all the fluf. Really kinda surprised that the prices are basically the same as Bass Pro. I really thought they would be less. I would rate them a 4 or better if the pricing was better.
The folks working there are all exceptionally helpful and friendly!!! Outstanding!

Like other reviews said, they will walk past you if you're a first timer looking for fishing gear, BUT 2 months into my new fishing obsession, I learned that theres no perfect suggestion that can be given for fishing. If you're looking for a new hobby, just come in and find a cheap preloaded rod at around 6ft. My suggestion, get one out of the Ugly Stick rack at the end of the pole isle on the floor level and a cheap kit with hooks and bait. Try your new setup a your local man made and stocked lake/pond and chill out while watching youtube videos about fishing setups. If you're trying to ball out to impress your fishing friends, you're gonna be very disappointed when you see a kid casting 2ft out with a hotdog as bait catching fish in the first 5 minutes.
My experience started out here with me wandering around lost and checking reviews online about different poles and reels. Now I come back just for a few bits and pieces, because when I set out to fish, I'm only trying out 1 or 2 line rigs for the entire trip. So I'm coming here with an educated hunch about what I've been wanting to try. I'm not out here trying to use every piece in my bait kit. If you gotta fish for food, go get them hot dogs out and a $5 bamboo rod from Walmart. Catfish will love you.
I have seen people storm out yelling about the customer service. Don't do that. You'll look silly, but it was worth a laugh.

We sat at the gun counter waiting to be helped and there were two employees helping other customers. A third employee came and help someone else who had just walked up to the counter. We had a number as required and when 2 out of the 3 employees were done helping customers rather then assist us one left to organize a clothing rack and the other was found chit chatting and laughing with another coworker in the front of the store.

Went here to transfer a 2nd Gen Glock 17 to my daughter. The manager behind the counter didn't know his a$$ from a hole in the ground and told me they didn't transfer Gen 5 Glocks and, since I didn't bring the mags, he said that the mag must be included to do the transfer. CA law doesn't require the mag to be included, and even if it was Gen 5, CA law allows private party transfer. So this place make their own rules on top of CA's already obsurd laws. F this place... I'll never go back.

Patience is needed for sure. Part of the hassle of obtaining firearms and ammo.
One guy was really good but I recently saw him employed at Turners.
One guy at the Corona store was a major league prick.
I use several sources so I just try to take it in stride.
Small supplier in Temecula is Defiant Firearms and the owner is on top of it and normal and there is no waiting.

Pretty disappointing, I browsed your fishing section for almost an hour, never once did I get asked if I needed help, which I did, Im new to ocean fishing so I wanted a new rod, a tackle bag, some hooks, sinkers and a few lures and I also had some set up questions, so now you lost out on what would of been a nice sale. I could see if the store was very busy but it was nearly empty. I guess I’ll be doing my shopping on line, I’ll give you a two star just cause the store was clean and had a good selection but that’s where it ended.
