As soon as you refuse any services, the customer service goes out the window. God forbid an owner would assume responsibility for making decisions about their own animal’s healthcare. Also, they tried charging double for the exam simply because the front desk “cashed us out” before we had the chance to discuss our test results with the doctor.

SoCal Vet Group is listed for Emergency services - so I called and the lady told me I would have to take my dog to an emergency hospital - why is that?? When they state they do emergency services - my dog has a tooth infection and face is swollen - she didn't even ask me what was wrong with my dog...
