Ok, so firstly I want to apologize to the wonderful gals up front that it's taken me so long to write this review (we moved out in January). My wife and I had been residents with SAM since 2018 and right from the start, the team there has always been extremely helpful, courteous, and empathetic. What's more, I'm convinced that they know all their residents' names by face; and I think that's the biggest takeaway there. The team at Sonoma at Mapleton makes you feel like a RESIDENT, not just a tenant. Highly HIGHLY recommend renting here if you need a place. I simply can not say enough great things about them.

I've stayed at Sanoma for the past 3 years and it was the best experience I've ever had staying at an apartment. It was close to everything which made it very convenient to get gas or groceries, and temecula was only minutes away yet the location was still a calm place to come home to. Though most of my neighbors kept to themselves they were very sweet if I ever had to talk to them. I loved that there were spots I can walk my dogs and have waste bags ready and trash for disposal as well. During the summers it's nice to soak in the pool or hot tub while BBQing on the grill. They've welcomed us with open arms and were there every step of the way . Friendly, informative and very responsive to say the least. It's saddens me to have to part ways due to buying a house but for everyone I know, I truly recommend Sanoma at Mapleton. Overall 5 stars !

My spouse and I have lived here for 3 years, through the beginning of Covid until now. It's been a very positive experience. Sonoma is located in a quiet neighborhood next to other residential houses and condos and close to Kaiser hospital. The surrounding area is generally peaceful, friendly and conveniently located off the freeway (but not so close that it's a disturbance.) Our neighbors were always friendly and mostly kept to themselves. People always stop to ask if they can pet our two dogs. It definitely gives a home vibe. We've had issues along the way, whether it's appliances wearing out or summer ants showing up, but they've always been addressed quickly and efficiently. We had both our washer and water heater replaced within the same week we put in a request and at no cost to us.All in all, anything negative I could say would be minor and was always addressed to our satisfaction. If you decide to move into the Sonoma apartments you'll quickly find yourself renewing your lease every year like we did. Though we've moved to a new area, we will miss the friendly staff and the convenience of having so many things located within 15 minutes of us. Don't hesitate to rent at Sonoma.

I just want to give a shout out to this community and the staff. I called around to different places yesterday to tour and was turned down repeatedly due to the rain. Sonoma is the only community that welcomed me in and even gave me hot cocoa to keep me warm on the tour. The grounds are so green and beautiful, very well taken care of and I loved the apartment that I saw. I felt like I would really be taken care of if I lived here. Definitely recomend!

Where do I start. Sonoma has been my HOME going on 10 years in February. I relocated from Northern Calif and before choosing an apartment I literally looked at all of them :(no joke) Sonoma was the definite choice because it was just Beautiful. The grounds are maintained to the T . The trees are my favorite part . Its shaded ,quiet and just a very well kept up complex. I chose a 2/2 the Santa Cruz floorplan . Its the perfect set up for roommates or if you have children. The bedrooms are not right next to each other but on opposite sides of the unit , my other favorite part . So plenty of privacy if you're looking to roommate . The gym has everything you need to get a great workout in and the view out of the windows is the Beautiful pool area. The office crew.. what can I say I know them all by name and they know mine! (LOL) They are the very best group of people I've gotten to know. Amy, Gina , Brianna , Eli.... are all so friendly and helpful. I stop by often just to say hi . A complex that has perks I don't believe other places have...... They often have a coffee truck brought in for residents leaving for work in the wee hours of the morning , they have served breakfast, they bring in food trucks which is a great idea especially for people coming home from work and too tired to cook . They have Christmas present wrapping in the office and just so many things you wouldn't think an apartment complex would care enough to do for their residents. if your looking for a place to call HOME and for Management to really care when and if there is an issue I would highly recommend giving them a look . You wont be disappointed. I hope my review helps you decide where your next home will be .

The kind staff and the beauty of this community are what make this home. I am so glad this is where we have chosen to live for the next few years. The entire staff is caring, knowledgeable and efficient in their service and maintenance. The company has great processes in place to report and manage service repairs and bill pay. The grounds are so peaceful, clean and very safe. Ample parking available is a plus! The beautiful appointed apartment homes have crown molding and other upgrades with just add to the comfort. I would recommend to anybody to call Sonoma at Mapleton home.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!They advertise the apartments as one thing and when you go to see the apartment after you sign the lease online to save your place it’s nothing like the photos or video advertising.Oh and if you don’t stay due to the false advertisement they will allow you to “break” the lease as long as someone rents the apartment out BUT your responsible for the rent each month until it’s rented…HOW CAN SOMEONE THINK ITS OK TO ADVERTISE AN APARTMENT AND THEN MAKE SOMEONE PAY RENT WHEN THEY DONT WANT TO MOVE IN TO AN APARTMENT THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED… YOU DONT BUY A MERCEDES ONLINE AND BE OK WHEN A CAMRY PULLS UP….

My boyfriend and I have been living here for a while and we love it. Gina, Breanna and Amy always make us feel welcomed and feel like family when we go in the office. Anytime we have a request or concern they are there to help quickly. Our maintenance team here is truly respectful when entering our home and help fix anything we need done. Our family loves living here and loves that we have amazing ladies in the office who are there whenever we need help. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else but here.

My fiance and I have lived here for awhile now and we love living here however we have noticed some issues regarding issues. Almost a year ago ( 9 months ago) our assigned community mailbox was vandalized and 9 months later it's still damaged and we as tenants that are assigned to use it are not getting updates on when the mailbox will be replaced. Also we are paying over $ 1,600 for us not to receive mail that we dont have to relay on the Leasing office to be open ( if the mailbox was the property of the United States Postal Services the mailbox would be fix soon after the report was reported).Other issues are not being able to access the amenities that are included due to them breaking down ( gym equipment ) or them not unlockig the pool area when the poil is open. we live in a gated community and I have noticed that after hours ou one of our main gates doesn't get closed at night.

My fiance and I have been living here for a while know and its great. The only issue my fiance and I have is that the assigned community mail box that for our unit was vandalized at the beginning of last July and its almost March ( almost 7 months later) the community mailbox has yet to be replaced. Everyone thats effected is having to pick up their mail in the leasing office and having to rely on office hours to be able to get mail ( sometimes the office will be closed during office hours and we are not able to get our mail). The fact of us not getting status updates is concerning too.

I have lived here 4 years now and love it. What stood out to me was the gas stove and the garage that comes with and the security offered. I have felt safe and have had no complaints at all. The staff is amazing, they have holiday themed events fun for the kids and pop up food trucks. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and affordable home.

My boyfriend and I have lived at Sonoma at Mapleton apartments for 3.5 years and our experience has been nothing but great! We haven’t had any issues, the apartments are clean & well taken care of. They are dog friendly and provide dog bags which is very much appreciated! We also love the staff in the leasing office and always look forward going in there to say hello whenever we need to pick up a package. Overall we HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for your next place to live!

Sonoma’s at Mapleton are a great place to call home! All of the staff is very friendly and attentive! Briana, Gina and Eric are have always addressed any of our concerns in a timely manner and with a smile! It’s a quite community and I feel safe when I’m out walking my dog. I would highly recommend Sonoma at Mapleton!
