Came in Monday 11/20 at 1030 and while me and another woman were being helped by two different men, mine was Enrique. They both walked away from us multiple times to help other customers that had come In after us. Enrique also stopped to talked on the phone, and to sales reps from another company. I've never had such poor experience at Sherwin Williams before!

I can't say if they have terrible customer service like some of the other reviews as I was there for 10 minutes, and the employee never came over. When I came in, we got eye contact, but that was it. She never asked what it was I was looking for or that she would be with me shortly. I finally left. The good news is there was a Dunn Edwards across the street and they were eager to help me.

Enrique is the manager and I gotta say, he's a true professional. Knows his stuff and always treats us like family. I'd hire him if I could!

My dad and I came into this location today. We got there about 15-20 minutes before closing. I did not anticipate there only being one store associate on duty, but makes sense for the customer volume. The store associate was helping someone else prior to our arrival, so we ended up finishing our sale around 15 minutes after close. I did not happen to catch his name, but the Latino man with the cross pendant around his neck was extremely helpful and professional with my dad and I, as well as the other customer he was attending to. He was on it, quick, was attentive, paid attention to what we were asking, and made sure we got the finishes and exact paints we wanted. Not one complaint, negative look on his face, or hint of frustration for us being there a little after hours, as I have gotten at other places I've paid patronage to around here. Gave us a smile and a thank you after placing the cans of paint into my car. The prices were quite a bit more than what we expected to pay (thankfully we utilized a coupon, but we were still surprised by the final price), but we also didn't inquire prior to the sale. Just got surprised as these paint prices have significantly jumped. Please do acknowledge this employee. Many thanks for your help and being so cordial and professional. :)

I came to this Sherwin Williams location in hopes they could look up the paint I bought seven years ago. They had a record of the sale, but not the color formula. The guy who helped was very thorough in exhausting all possibilities to find the exact formula. Eventually, he suggested doing a color match with a piece off the wall. He tinkered with the formula for about ten minutes and gave me paint that is a seamless match. It's perfect. Well done.

I have used this store several times, and each time I have received the same great experience: selection, quality and customer service are all top notch. I have also used the website to place a reorder for paint and supplies, and it was seamless. The website works well and the pick-up was fast and convenient.

Some employees at this location need more training. Went to store for a gallon of paint which they did not have. Not once did anyone look to see if other stores had stock. We live in Murrieta & always come to this location but stopped at Chino location (closer to work). An employee there looked up that the Sherwin Williams on Enterprise Circle in Temecula had stock! Didn't even know about that location but seriously an employee on Jefferson couldn't inform me of that.

I would really grade this store with no stars at all, my name is Carlos C, and my partner Art F, retired chief in the navy and realtor property manager and co owner of a construction company in san diego california, i do have an account with Sherwin Williams but I may just not use it any longer after this incident. First off customer service i so, so, so, so horrible, starting with a lady claiming to be THE manager, her name i couldnt see her shirt emblem well, but it was around 1.30 pm monday august 30th, 2021very rude and very bad temper towards me and my partner, arguing about a color match that we requested, she gave us the wrong color, i saw it would not match our sample, when she showed me her results, she kept saying that we had to pay for something we ordered, I said if you can please match it to the sample i will pay, she said , well you ordered like this so you take it, I said i wont take it, and wont pay for it either, I found out they did not have the Glosssy white paint, she told us that info after i started defending myself, this somehow escalated where she was so angry at me that my partner stepped in and explained that we would not take her mistake to our customers house and paint our clients house with the wrong color match just because she wanted to, i cant recall name could be Priscilla that store manager, she does not belong in any job that requires customer service.well hopefully a district manager can see this review find out her name and really have a loooong conversation, immediately after that we went to Dunn Edwards Paintsopened up a new account and Vista Paint, as well they were sooooooooo different they helped and gave us exactly what we needed, we will now start doing business Vista and Dunn, we have many contracts for homes that need painting and wont be using Sherwin. Be careful and make sure you get what you order and always bring a sample to color match, i hope That lady manager learns a lesson and perhaps a better attitude towards any customer will help her be a better person, I will be contacting my friends that have accounts here and let them know about this. The Only reason i put one star is because it would not let me post without 1 star, but really this place deserves NO stars, or minus stars.
