Came to use the bathroom but the store was closed around 1145pm and witnessed a customer in a white van that was threatening and harassing the graveyard store clerk because they were closed. He even blocked the employees car in and acted as if he was going to cause damage to it then sped away. The employee handled it very responsibly and we hope management congratulates him on how he handled this very scary situation

There was a man in a white van threatening and harassing the employee and even tried to hit the back of his car with the van because the store was closed. Graveyard worker took it well and handled it appropriately. Everyone stay safe

Stevie she is a very professional yet charming woman! I had a recent fraud alert put on my bank account and I had to call my bank in order to approve any transactions,she was not frustrated or treated me poorly for having my card get declined . Half hour later ,I was able to sort things out with my bank and long story short ,I was able to pull out money on my atm ,on a cold rainy day,I was welcomed,made felt safe and at ease and I even signed up for rewards thanks to Stevie showing me the amount of money I will be saving! Keep her and get her promoted she has top customer service skills! Happy new years ! Thank you Mam for your help!

Always great service. If you've been more than once, they always remember you. The night crew is always so kind and welcoming. Overnight is a rough shift, these folks treat it like it's a sunny afternoon at the beach in San Diego!

During our recent trip to California, my friends and I had an extremely unsettling and emotionally charged experience at the Shell gas station in Temecula. It was around 12:15 am when we stopped by to purchase some water, but what should have been a routine transaction turned into a disturbing encounter that left us deeply shaken. As we approached the counter to make our purchase, the cashier blatantly refused to serve us, seemingly based solely on our appearances, as we are of Middle Eastern descent. This blatant act of racism was not only distressing but also unacceptable in any civil society. To make matters worse, he inexplicably and aggressively demanded to call the police, despite us having done nothing wrong or suspicious. This unjustified action further exacerbated the situation and left us feeling not only targeted but also fearful for our safety. The fact that such behavior occurs in this day and age is disheartening, and it's crucial that businesses take a strong stance against racism. The cashier's actions were not only discriminatory but also put our safety at risk. It's alarming to think that such prejudices can lead to unnecessary confrontations, especially late at night when one would expect to feel safe and protected. This incident highlights the urgent need for proper training and education in the service industry to prevent such occurrences from happening again. The individual responsible for this disgraceful behavior should be held accountable for their actions, and I strongly believe they should be terminated from their position. Moreover, there is an evident safety concern for patrons who visit this gas station after 12:10 am, and it is imperative that steps are taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers, regardless of their background or appearance. In conclusion, the emotional distress and fear that this experience instilled in us were immeasurable. We hope that by sharing our story, we can contribute to a broader dialogue about combating racism and discrimination in our society, so that no one else has to endure such a harrowing encounter.

So, I sent my wife inside to get lottery tickets. A pretty routine request of one line for the next five draws. The cashier was clueless and then she asked her more seasoned coworker and she was clueless. So then she printed out a ticket which was five numbers for the next draw. My wife gave the money and looked at the ticket to see it was wrong. She asked for a correction of which they didn't want to fix their mistake. She claimed no way with lottery tickets. If they didn't have the training to do the transaction they just should have done it at all. I am going to have to look into reporting this to the state lottery board.
