Was getting body work done on my truck after getting backed into. The whole team there were really polite, courteous, and understanding. They keeped the truck longer than expected but shows how attention to detailed they were. They even vacuumed and detailed the inside which I was not expecting. Highly recommended and would use there service again.Services: Painting

Don’t bring your car here! After months of having my car and bringing it back once for parts not fitting they finally gave me it back a second time for almost all the parts to be loose and paint chipping! Waste of my time! Go somewhere else if you need your car fixed

At best, I would this was just a rough experience. Poor communication and after 3 delays they did the repair incorrectly. They eventually corrected the work but the process was unnecessarily difficult.

First off, no one WANTS to go to a collision center, if you end up there its probably a bad day. That being said I highly recommend SERVICE KING in Murrieta if you find yourself in need of collision repair. My service consultant Evy was truly amazing, she kept me informed every step of the way (17 text with updates throughout the process, AMAZING!). If I had a question about service or timeline Evy ALWAYS responded back within an hour of my initial text, even when it was after hours. Evy worked with me to ensure that my car was repaired to MY satisfaction, and she treated me like a person- not a number. Evy reached out when there was a question and was able to remedy it right away. Evy stayed in contact up until the final day that I picked up my car, and she met me at the car when I arrived and walked me through the entire service process. I can't tell you how great it was to have Evy on my team, and while I hope not to need a collision center in the future, if I do I would 100% want to work with Evy again. She made a bad situation a better one. I highly recommend SERVICE KING here in Murrieta for any of your collision or body shop needs! Make sure to ask for Evy, she will make sure that you are taken care of!!

I took my new vehicle to Crash Champions (Service King) to replace my front grille on my vehicle from damage to it that happened on the freeway. They gave me an estimate to be completed in a few days. I dropped my vehicle off and had it back within 24 hours. They kept me informed every step of the way of what was going on with the repairs. I can't tell how relieved I was for the turnaround time as well as quality of worked that was performed on my vehicle. They were very professional and very courteous which is another reason I was so thrilled with the service that I received. Evy was outstanding and provided me with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend anyone who is need of collision repair to take your vehicle to them. You will definitely not be disappointed.

Wasted my time scheduled a inspection/quote drove down then they declined to do it because they didn't want to work with the insurance company that was going to be paying for the repairs. Don't waste people's time be honest and up front when scheduling.

My prius front bumper was damaged after we hit something that fell out of the back of a boat on the freeway. My insurance sent me to them. I usually take care of all service on my own cars but since I was working out of town I had my wife do it. When we hit the item it damaged the bumper and all attaching under liners. I had to literally duct tape it and screw it down so we could drive it home. These parts were thrown in the trunk. When my wife got the estimate and quote she de idea to take it to them since our insurance is tops and would of never used bad quality dudes. The results where as follows bumper attached and painted, new right side fender liner installed. No lower liner installed or left inner liner installed. When I took it back in I was soo frustrated that they had taken advantage of my wife I was venting the estimator heard me out and asked is there anything else so I can write an accurate report. So I said let's pop the hood and see if everything under here is completed. I pop the hood and I find the liner that connects the bumper and the engine bay just lying on top of the engine. They where supposed to call me back but haven't heard anything. Still waiting. I'll improve my review if good things happen. I'll post a picture of the color mat hing let you guys decide.

As someone who is familiar and knows the car business well, stay away from Service King. From the first encounter, "do you have an appointment" instead of "good morning, I'll be right with you.." was definitely a lack of customer service. You guys were too busy calling employees in to come eat breakfast while you had a lobby full of guest waiting. Lady pretty sure her name is Brianna, comes out to take pictures of my car, she doesn't look underneath, open the hood, none of that so that already told me my estimate would be off. She then says it'll take sometime for parts to come in so it could be anywhere from weeks to months. Get home, get a call from a guy, and he said to bring the car in so they can start working on it Monday. So my mom and I get there Monday morning, and again... first encounter was "what do you need, do you have an appointment" so I gave them the same energy back and he didn't want to deal with me and thank goodness because it was absolutely for the best. I am so thankful you're unprofessional, rude a** joke of a general manager did kick me out/off the lot. USAA was made aware of how awful you guys are and I will never ever do business or send anyone to you guys ever again. The body shop I ended up taking it to had everything handled with USAA, a proper estimate was established, and OEM parts where ordered within the next day and car was done the next week. Service King is full of s*** since they're corporate and don't need the business anymore. First Choice I believe it was in the past made a mistake giving you guys ownership. My estimate from Service King was 2k because they only wanted to fix the bumper/not do a proper walk through look of my car. My estimate at The Shop Motorsports which is right around the corner and 10x better was 12k because a proper estimate was done. 2k and 12k are a huge difference and again thank goodness I ended up doing business elsewhere!

From the moment I brought my car here it was a nightmare they kept my car too long used old parts and charged my insurance for new parts they made me pay my rims out of pock with the promise to send me the check when they got it and yet weeks later no check and all my rims were busted they claimed only two were and I had to send my insurance pic of all the rims and they found that they were all damaged they said the car was ready and my car is making so many new noises Plz don’t bring your business here. I needed a full repair inspection to take to court for a hit and run and they refused to do it unless I got repairs done by them. The issue was when I asked while getting the "preliminary inspection"(visual inspection only) they said i could drop it off if I expected there was more damage, which was not true. They only help if it suits them, not the interest of the client. Bad faith business and a waste of my time.
