Got injured by one of the workers and instead of getting an apology, they treated me like I was the issue. No, I’m not going to sue your store or make your store pay for me to get medically evaluated for a cut on my hand but if you hurt someone unintentionally, you apologize, any elementary school child knows. Maybe if they trained their workers to stack furniture safely and watch where they are going, this would not have happened. Do better.

Prices are crazy so high. They make money from nothing. People going there are low income it’s not affordable. Prices are same as Marshalls & Ross which is ridiculous

The prices are ridiculous! Went in today & my 5 year old son saw a spiderman lamp. He was excited but i was shocked at the price for the small lamp $11!!
& Then we saw it had a rip on the shade.
He really wanted it so I asked the girl at the cash register if the could discount it at all since it had a rip and I could try to fix it at home (since my kid wanted it so bad) she said "nope"
I'm just amazed. Everything gets donated. And they make a good profit. Maybe $5-6 sounds reasonable for a USED lamp. And then the fact that is ripped. And asking $11? Ludacris. Just throw it away at that point!
I don't think this thrift store is good for thrifty people.....

Tonight I purchased several items from the thrift store Savers in Murrieta, Ca. One of the items did not have a tag I wanted this dress for a wedding tomorrow and they said they couldn’t price it and I couldn’t buy it even though I told her what I wanted it for. I also had my mother with me who is a senior citizen. She did not know how to use the self checkout and then when I asked someone to help her. The manager Travis comes up and says she needs to stop being inconsiderate because I commented on the fact, they were being rude for not holding the dress for me for tomorrow so they could price it or even price it right then and there. But my mother never said a word. and He didn’t want to help her!! I cannot believe that!! it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a thrift store mind you in any store period! I donate to them all the time! so to experience what I experience and not only that when we left, he said to not come back when we purchased what we bought, there were no curse words exchanged or threats from us so he had no right to say that! Travis was the worst manager I have encountered in awhile and he demonstrated discrimination against two black women and did not care. a younger person that worked there was even surprised at the way we were being treated. Travis needs to be reprimanded and let him know he can’t treat customers like that. I don’t want to shop there anymore this was a very horrible experience! And their prices are no cheaper than Ross or Burlington might as well go get your clothes. Brand new.!

Prices have gone sky high!!
I have been obsessed with Savers since I moved here 5 years ago…but seriously this may be my last time shopping here. The prices have gone up incredibly high which makes me feel like it’s no longer a good deal anymore. Why did you change the pricing so extremely?
I’m going to stick with goodwill.

This Savers location is an excellent thrift store. It’s a very large store with a great selection of a variety of items to choose from. My kids are really into restoration of retro computers. This location has been our go-to location for their hobby. ?. Give them a try ??

This place is way overpriced, Original retail store sticker on items and savers is charging more than the item was sold for new. Who ever prices at this location needs to be demoted to get carts from parking lot. They destroy and fill the dumpsters with perfectly good items that don't sell because they over priced them, instead of lowering prices or donating. Greedy corporate business practices, but yet people donate by the truck loads for items to eventually wind up in the trash.

Overpriced items that can found cheaper at Walmart! Most coupons only last 4 days and return policy is not the best! Be very careful shopping here!
