Sadly, I paid $4.959 for premium and just down the way, there was premium for a penny more per gallon. What happened to MEMBER SAVINGS? Sam's usually is about $0.70 cheaper per gallon so with the invariable WAIT, a Penny's savings is hardly worth the wait, OR the membership fees we pay for the so-called benefits.
