I'm reviewing the hair stylist Angela Smith. She rushed through all my haircuts and I always came home dissatisfied. We finally went our separate ways because she was tired of me complaining that I didn't like the previous haircut and I was tired of her not giving a crap and rushing my haircuts leaving me disappointed when I got home. I did have a previous stylist there and she took her time and was very nice unlike Angela Smith but the stylist got pregnant and I was transferred to this crazy lady Angela.

Miana is the sweetest hair stylist and an amazing artist with my hair! I've been going to Miana for about a year now and I have loved every single session with her! I can show her photos of what I'm looking for, for cut and color, and she nails it every time. She has the wonderful ability to envision and communicate what would work best for me to help me feel beautiful and fresh again! She is a wonderful soul to work with and I highly recommend her for your styling needs :)

Haircut was fine but the lead up to it was not. Through Yelp, I specifically asked the salon if they applied i-tip hair extensions and the owner assured me that they did. I then called and asked again. I was assured again that they did, so I booked an appointment and I was told to just bring the hair extensions. I also asked if I could get my bangs cut during the visit (I explained that I had gotten a haircut 2 weeks before) and I was told that just bangs would be $25. Lo and behold, when I arrived I was told that no, bangs would actually cost the price of a haircut ($80), that they in fact did not install i-tip hair extensions and that for extensions, they generally only install them if they are purchased from their specific distributor. Annoying/irritating at best. I highly recommend that salon management thoroughly inform themselves on the services their stylists actually offer, as well as their policies and pricing.

I have been going to Miana for my hair needs for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the consistent quality and service I receive. Every time I visit, I leave feeling like a million bucks, she even did my hair leading up to my wedding! Miana has mastered the art of balayage, always achieving the perfect blend of colors to enhance my natural look. Not only that, but their precision with a trim is unmatched - my hair always feels healthy and refreshed after each visit. The salon atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making each appointment a relaxing experience. I highly recommend Miana to anyone looking for a talented and reliable hairdresser!

I have been getting my hair done by Brittany for a few years now. She has been great at listening to what I want and also educating me on how to keep my hair as healthy as possible. I would definitely recommend Brittany to my family and friends.

I have been a client of Brittany's at Salon O for a few years now. She truly listens to her clients and will offer her professional opinion and suggestions which are very much appreciated. She is gentle and thorough, start to finish. She always offers a water or coffee or tea and makes sure you are comfortable. I have never had a bad dye or cut from her. She worked tirelessly on a fall for me that has been a lifesaver and brought back my confidence. I am so grateful for her! Everyone I have ever interacted with at Salon O has been kind and pleasant. From the front desk to the shampoo bowl, the salon is top notch. It's very clean and welcoming, too.

The Salon is great. Feels luxurious yet comfortable. Brittany is amazing. Takes her time to truly understand what the client wants and goes above and beyond to make it happen. Always keeping the integrity of your hair the priority. I cant recommend her enough. Follow her IG and you will see!

Love Salon O !! Kamryn B. is exceptional at hair and especially coloring hair. It's always been very stressful for me to find a good colorist due to my hair being so difficult to get the perfect blonde w/o any orange. Kamryn tackled my hair without fear, she colors is the perfect blonde and her hair cutting technique is bar-none EXCEPTIONAL as I always walk out looking FABULOUS and ready to tackle the world . . . or at least, it makes me feel that way. Thank you Kamryn for being exceptional at what you do!! I so greatly appreciate the work you do on my hair and you're so easy to talk to. Thank you!

Kamryn is horrible. 10/10 don’t recommend. Please go to the yelp page to read my full review. She doesn’t take well to people putting her bad business practices on blast either. She just has her clients and friends laugh react should you say anything bad. LOL

UPDATE: One last update as Kamryn clearly saw my updated review from this morning and wasn't happy about it. Ive attached a picture of said text below but would love to clear the air a bit. This whole situation started because I expressed my disappointment before even leaving my very first appointment and she didn't care to fix it. It was only after I left my first review that she reached out claiming how damaging it was to her and her business and she would fix my hair if I took the review down. Well guess what, she didn't fix my hair and reverted back to her original stance in me needing to pay to have it fixed. I literally told her today in her chair that that was not what we agreed upon and how unhappy I was with that. Guess she didn't hear me but I could have sworn she did with her go to response of sorry but she needed to be paid for her time and product tyrant once again. And harassment? Leaving a factual review with all of the details is not harassment. Here's a tip, conduct yourself in a manner you would feel confident about should it be reviewed! I would have never needed to throw this all out there if none of it happened! Also, it's amusing how you didn't deny anything in your text, you simply just didn't like that I put it out there. You had no problem with your sorry, better luck next time attitude when I expressed my disappointment in your chair today until you saw my review. Girl bye! I was never planning on coming back anyways, hence why I updated my review so I could give people my real experience today. Fed up. I am truly just fed up with this entire situation and lack of professionalism displayed by Kamryn. After my previous conversations with Kamryn and one of the owners, Kamryn reached out to my partner saying that she would like to fix my hair and schedule me for a test strip 4-6 weeks out from the time of my initial service and after the test strip appointment, we would schedule a time for her to fix my hair. Okay, great! Finally we're getting somewhere. At some point in the conversation I ended up just reaching out to her personally from my phone because her first reaching out to my partner and communicating to me through him made no sense. We were finally able to get the appointment for the test strip scheduled for today. Welp... what do you know. She dropped the ball AGAIN. She did a test strip for about 20 minutes (let me just note that whenever I've gotten my hair done elsewhere they have always left it on longer) and took me back to her chair. At her chair she showed me my hair which did lift some but not a bright blonde. Okay, no problem because again, the issue wasn't that it didn't come out as blonde as the inspo pick I wanted. The issue was that she bleached it, then over toned it back to a dark brunette. Which she even stated today that she understood why I was upset last time and that she toned it back too dark. Now here's my issue.... She said she could tone my hair overall to a copper color for free OR if I wanted to have my hair bleached again aka FIX THE ISSUE I WAS IN FOR, that her and the owner decided I would need to pay to have another service completed. So WHAT was the actual point of doing a test strip today if you never even intended on bleaching my hair and fixing it as you first gave the impression of? We could have completed avoided the test strip and she could have just said hey, I'm not willing to fix and redo the service but I will tone it again if you like. Extremely misleading and unprofessional. Once again she made she to point out that she would have to charge me again due to her time and product spent. Yeah we get it girl, you don't do this for free. But when you genuinely MESS UP and make a mistake, as a business owner/independent contractor it is only good business practice to take responsibility and fix your mistake. Stating that you were willing to fix my hair, would like to have me come in for a BLEACH test trip and then schedule a follow appointment from there and then telling me that

Michele did an amazing job! I showed a couple picture of what I was going for and she took my waist length hair and gave me an awesome short hair cut! Will definitely be going back to her!

This place is super cute, they offer you coffee, water or wine to drink while you're in service and Kamryn is amazing at her craft, does the best blow outs. She did an awesome job for my wedding hair.
