Really friendly staff who were willing to stay late when my movers were behind schedule. Large airy storage spaces with individual lighting. Clean and safe. Highly recommend.

We have had the privilege to use Ranch RV and Self Storage for the last 18 months and have used other storage facilities until that time. All I can say is WOW. If you compare, you will never have such a clean, fully staffed storage facility than this place. Anywhere. Not to mention they have that old-fashioned service and courtesy which is quite a thing of the past. Several days ago they hosted a customer appreciation which included catered food, crafts, and professional fall pictures. You really feel a five star experience here. I'd call it the "5 star storage experience..." Definitely recommend.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the phenomenal people over at the ranch as we like to call it?It’s important to feel like you are welcome when walking into an establishment. This establishment is well lit, inviting, clean, organized, smells great, and is occupied with staff that care about you and your transition no matter what that may be. Thank you Ranch RV & Self-Storage for not just meeting expectations, but going above and beyond at exceeding what expectations most have when storing a little of their lives in a facility.

Rented a U-haul from this place since it's around the corner from my house and it was super quick and easy... the dude inside has little emotion, but was friendly enough during the entire process. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes in both times and had no issues! I can't speak for their storage itself and I don't believe they have the greatest selection of U-hauls, but it was enough for me to do what I needed to do without any major hassle!

How did I ever miss leaving Celeste, the crew and the facility a 5+ star review? They're simply the best and having lived in the Temecula valley since 2007 and having moved several times, I've used my share of storage facilities and all pale compared to the customer service and genuine care and downright kindness of all the staff. I've used their storage units and still use their RV storage. Everything is perfect all the time.
