I had an 8 am appointment. I came in and registered on the kiosk after about 20 minutes I did not see my name on the board any more. I asked one of the ladies as she came out to get someone else what had happened. She proceeded to tell me I did something wrong and didn't have an appointment. I showed her my text confirmation and the confirmation in my app and she dismissed it saying it was not correct or the wrong location. She made me wait an hour to get taken care of.This is supose to be a Health facility which is caring and concerned for humans. Instead it's run by apps and machines and people that don't seem to care. Watching tthe older people come in and trying to navigate their system with no help and the frustration they feel is so inhuman ...It is so sad.....I will never use this location ever again

Made an appointment, showed up 10 min before scheduled appointment. Registered and indicated I will wait out side. Place was extremely crowded. I waited an hour, but periodically checked for my name to show on the monitor. It didn’t, so after an hour of waiting I left. I never did get a text telling me to go into the waiting room as indicated during registration.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever. Everyone there is extremely rude. Had to drop off a sample for my wife that had to be refrigerated. Made me make appointment and wait 90 minutes to just hand over a bag.

Absolutely worst service. Appointments mean nothing since you still have to wait 30+ minutes for your appointment. Always running behind and don’t always honor appointments.

Arrived a few min early for my appointment and the waiting room was packed. I waited about an hour after arriving before being seen. The staff were nice and helpful but it seemed that quite a few people weren’t prepared for their lab draw- either didn’t know they had to fast or didn’t have the lab order. There isn’t anyone at the front desk so the phlebotomists are also handling all of the processing and paperwork. It all takes time, and if they were properly staffed with an admin, things would move a lot more quickly. Basically, be prepared to wait! I usually go to Labcorp and never had a long wait so I hope I don’t have to use Quest in the future.

You need to hire a receptionist!!!! All I need is a plastic cup to leave a sample in!! Many other patients voiced the complaint about needing receptionist. Terrible service!!

My in- laws went to get blood drawn and their QR system didn't work. Receptionist not at the window for more than 10 mins while another customer waited at the window to ask if she could use the bathroom because the ones down the hall were locked. Not good!

I highly recommended to make appointment for your lab work. Lucille was a wonderful lab technician. She is great at her job and very friendly as well.

Brought a friend's elderly mother in for blood work. While the staff seemed professional and somewhat attentive, their automated system is missing something as we never could get through the process.Until just this minute, I hadn't seen any staff displaying any type of rude or unprofessional behavior. However, just now an older lady without an appointment was scolded and disrespected for not setting up an appointment. You could see that the stress of the situation had her very upset and the staff made it worse. They could have handled it differently and had a much more positive result. This lady didn't deserve to be treated that way.

Amber was absolutely amazing! The kiosk to check-in was not functioning properly which caused a lot of patients to stress & panic due to being unable to check in for their appointments. Amber came out and de-escalated the situation with her kind words! And she was awesome at her job once it was my turn for the blood draw. Thank you!

Always make an appointment and there will be little or no wait. Without an appointment, go online and check the wait time. In our area there can be an extremely long wait without an appointment.

I have always had excellent service at Quest. I had appt. today, was taken 10 minutes early. My phlebotomist's name was Julia Zamboni. She was professional, friendly, courteous, fast, and painless!

Checked in at 0701 for a 0710 appointment, verified all and machine acknowledged I'm checked in and even asked if i am going to wait outside or wait inside so clicked inside then sat down waiting to be called upon.. waited for almost 45 minutes so i decided to call the attention of their employee. Got frustrated because she said i am not checked in and told me to wait as a walk in patient.. its ridiculous to wait again for another couple of hours? cant wait any longer so I decided to go home and ended my fasting. LABQUEST QUIOS MACHINE is a joke!

This location is terrible. Even if you make an appointment youll be waiting a ridiculous amount of time. The staff performing the blood work is the same one taking phone calls. Don’t waste your time here go to a different location.
