This is the worst health care related business I've ever had the displeasure of tr to deal with. They make contacting them impossible. if you call you're put into voice response hell. there's no way to speak to a human being. I'm trying to find out why my test results from a blood test a week ago don't show up in their app. I had 2 sets of tests ordered from 2 different doctors for 2 different reasons. I don't see the first one but the second is there. I'm going to have to drive to the lab again and hopefully find a human that will help me.

I have lab tests/blood work, completed twice a year. I have been to four Valley locations, both Lab Corps and Quest, for the past 20 years, so I have a lot of experience. I went to the Quest Medical Center Drive location for the first time today. I made an appointment and was called right on time which I really appreciated. The technician, Lucy, was one of the best I've worked with. Personable, professional, and very efficient. This location will now be my go-to for lab tests. About the only glitch was I was given a survey to complete with a QR Code which my phone couldn't scan for some reason. Sorry, Lucy, I tried! Extremely satisfied with today's experience.

I came in today for lab work and Lucy at Quest Diagnostics on Medical Center Drive in Murrieta. She helped me and was so sweet and professional. She made me feel very comfortable. We did a lot of laughing she is the best there!!

Blood pressure machine is broken (for two weeks) so when we finally get there, they cannot complete the wellness check. Why can't we be notified ahead of time? Also, we go yearly for a wellness check and constantly show up at the wrong Quest , because they are both on Hancock and the same parking lot. Even the directions took us to the wrong one. While in the waiting room, two other people were also in the wrong building. I bet this goes on ALL DAY, every day. Unacceptable. Fix it.

First time in this office. No front desk/receptionist, but there are kiosks to check in. Once checked-in, just wait for your name to be called. There were elderlies who's confused as to what to do and they were assisted by Carly when they tried to knock at the door for assistance. I was called just on time of my scheduled appointment. Carly is awesome.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Quest Diagnostics on Medical Center Drive in Murrieta. When I arrived for my appointment it quickly became clear that there was a lot going on but they were understaffed. One lady in the waiting area was having difficulty understanding what was going on with her Doctor’s orders, someone else needed to drop off some type of equipment, an elderly man was there by himself without an appointment and didn’t know what to do. I checked in and just sat and waited. I watched as a young lady who I believe was named Clarissa (she has red hair) came out and explained that she was the only phlebotomist working so she was not going to be able to take any walk-ins. She patiently helped the elderly gentleman schedule an appointment for the next day and apologized to him for being unable to take him. She explained to the first woman that it looked like her doctor had not sent the orders over and she needed to contact her doctors office and schedule a new date for her blood draw. She then did a blood draw for a woman who was there with an appointment. Finally, she called me back, got me situated and then quickly helped the gentleman with the drop off. I was beyond impressed with the way Clarissa kept a smile on her face was extremely pleasant and friendly with everyone and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and had all of their issues/concerns addressed. She juggled multiple people and multiple issues with patience and grace. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, hoping I’d be able to be seen early. I didn’t get in early but it was a pleasure to sit there and watch Clarissa. She helped me slow down, refocus and remember the importance of treating people with love and respect. And she managed to get me in for my appointment at exactly my scheduled time. Thank you Quest for having such a wonderful employee!

Absolutely worst experience all around. Poor customer service with no information provided to the 15+ people sitting in the waiting room with so many questions. “We’re way behind” “just keep waiting” “don’t you see your name?” “ you’re at the wrong place”. Been sitting here for 3.5 hours as a walk-in.Do yourself a favor and go to the dmv and bang your head against the wall. It will be a better experience

Lab technician is gracious while shorthanded and overworked. I witnessed walk-in clients verbally abusiving technician because they had a longer than expected wait time. I recommend that clients always make an appointment prior to visiting this location since it is too short staffed.

The worst Quest I have gone to! I had to wait for three hours as standby and still did not get seen. Others in the waiting area talked poorly about this location and I didn't believe it until I experienced it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are unprofessional and rude. The nurses don't know what they're doing and they give false information. One nurse kept dropping all of the equipment and stuck me wrong when I went in to get blood drawn, later I found out she wasn't even supposed to stick me and she didn't know what she was doing because she was "new". After getting my samples done, apparently they never even got to my doctor and got lost. If you want random people who don't know what they're doing to take your blood then have fun, but it was one of the worst quest diagnostics I have ever had labs done at. Very disappointing.

This is the worst place !!!!!!!……………… I even have a picture of this please I was the last one and they made me wait two hours and a half with the no people inside waiting, and the lady very rude I have to leave with no service. I’m heading somewhere else to do my lab

I still don't understand why I was turned away. Apparently in Murrieta, there are two Quest Labs across the street from one another and if you're at the wrong one, and are more than 10 minutes late, they turn you away. So I didn't get seen by a phlebotomist and walked out without patient care. I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient.

The wait is terrible. The workers seem to be very confused and not know what they were doing. I felt extremely bad for the elderly customers waiting over 2 and a half hours as well.
