The operators there don't really care about their patients, I couldn't even get to speak to a pharmacist because the lady who answered the phone decided she knew more. A complete waste of time, save your effort.and just for the owner..... I called plenty of pharmacies, yes. and I subsequently left poor reviews of the pharmacies that did nothing to help, when I called and clearly asked for help. My medication is clearly in short supply, so asking for some simple help shouldn't be such a chore for whoever you have answering your phones. The review stands as it is reflective of my experience.

I’ve been through three or four pharmacies over the last few years due to various issues. My doctor recommended Procare after my last pharmacy didn’t want to assist me because they were “losing money” on one of my prescriptions, eventhough I offered to pay cash to offset their loss. Anyways, since my first experience Procare has been a dream! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. They never make you feel like a bother and they have always treated me with respect- whether I call the pharmacy or am there in person. The pharmacist ensures I understand my new medications, when to take them, and possible side effects. They are truly kind people that love what they do. I drive 30 minutes to use this pharmacy, and am happy to do so. I’m happy to support a small family owned business versus those large chain pharmacies any day!

Decided I was sick of rude pharmacist and decided to switch. These people were great. It's a bit of a drive but I don't mind. My family will be using them for now on.

Been coming here since 2010. They’re amazing. Very kind and helpful. Know their customers well. Better than any pharmacy chain. Amazing service, easy and quick. Wonderful people. So thankful for them!

Me and my family have been loyal to this pharmacy for 2 years and as soon as the owner heard I decided to put some different medications to a closer pharmacy he called me and said "Go somewhere else to get your medication im not prescribing it anymore". Needs to get his ego in check. Horrible customer service

The people were very!!!! They got some prescription that other big pharmacy could not get me. They are very friendly and Excellent customer service!!!! I am changing my prescriptions to their Pharmacy in Murrieta, California.

I needed an uncommon drug for sweating and called around to find stock. None of the larger pharmacy chains had it, and most didn't even know what it was. Procare was the only pharmacy in the area that carried it. Excellent communication regarding side effects etc. If I ever need a prescription filled again, I will come here- I highly recommend you do the same.

This pharmacy is a small one but that doesn’t take away from its awesomeness. In fact, it makes it better than a big chain because the people who are there are very attentive and actually remembered my face and make me feel valued every time I pop in. I ended up here by accident bc my insurance wasn’t accepted at the other pharmacies that I tried in Murrieta but I’m so glad I did because now I have a go to pharmacy that I love!
