When me and my husband started the process to find a house before John I could never find anyone who would walk us through the whole process. John has been there for us the entire way. He has beyond exceeded my expectations. He walked us through getting our credit together, to debt to income, to finding the loan. I didn’t know what to expect with this process, but John showed patience and understanding with us. He answered our calls despite of the time of day. I appreciate everything he has done for us. And now we own a home in California this is a dream I didn’t think possible. I will forever sing his praises. If you want stellar service this is the place to be. What can I say about Mr. Lawrence. I worked with John and his amazing team for almost a year. He guided me in every way possible. Single mom of 3 and he made my dreams come true by owning my own home ALONE!!!. Not just a home but a BRAND NEW BUILD. YES, we had hiccups and I fail out of escrow at no fault of neither one of us because of a builder that canceled on us/ME without warning. When I gave up he didn’t give up on me. When I lost faith he kept the faith for me. I gave up many times and wanted to quit and he didn't let me. I can say that I could have not done this without John and his team. He is amazing at what he does and will work with you in every way. Very upfront and honest at all times.. Knowledgeable and amazing programs also. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I am ever so grateful...
