I rarely comment on most places I do business. Not that they are bad, but most rarely go above one's expectations. However, today, I was in awe of how much help I received in returning an item via FedEx. I thought I had printed the shipping label sent to me but hadn't. Using my cellphone, he downloaded the label, secured the package with tape and did 100% of the needed work to send it and would not accept a single dime. I was both overwhelmingly pleased and surprised by such service. Will go there from now on and recommend my family members take their business there as well.

Each time I have been here, they have saved me money and have been super friendly. Today I went to have a resume printed. And they said there is no charge for resumes ever. The guy also reformated my resume to make it look nicer. I could not be more happy.

Once again, Jason and his crew went above and beyond! Did a great with a printing/laminating project in quick order and it was SIGNIFICANTLY less money than those ‘shipping’ places. I will continue to do business with them and recommend this Postal Annex to all!
