“The staff at this Post Office is fantastic. Their customer service is exceptional and they go above and beyond. My daughter was expecting a package for her graduation. It was delivered but my granddaughter got the parcel box key stuck in the wrong box. I went to the Post Office and Gail, the supervisor stated the postal carrier would deliver it later that day. It wasn’t delivered so Brian, one of the postal workers, came by after hours and opened up the community mailbox to see if it was there. It wasn’t but the next morning the Post Office personally delivered the package to the house. I was so happy and pleased at how much this Post Office staff helped to resolve this problem. It was very refreshing to see how much they cared.”

“Came in person today in need of assistance with completing passport applications for my parents. Thanks to usps employees Alexis and Georgina, they helped us complete the final steps, explained the payment process and had us in and out in 20 minutes. Both Alexis and Georgina had amazing customer service, not just with us but all customers before us and behind us. Wasn't expecting to see so many freindly smiles at the post office, I'm a little shocked by the current low rating.Keep up the great service, ladies!”
“Supervisor is great. Very helpful, and helps as much as he can. I always have issues getting mail that needs to be signed off or just a package, and when I call they always have answers. And are able to get me what I need.”
