Renters beware. Everything started off great but if you have any maintenance issues, don’t expect them to be fixed. My room has been over 80 degrees for a month now and management/building owner keeps saying it’s fixed but it clearly is not and they won’t do anything about it. I pay way too much rent for my room to be this hot to the point where I’m having to cancel appts due to the heat. Room is also infested with ants. I’ve watched 4 tenants move out in the last month because of this. I’m in suite 105 and it is the worst one
UPDATE : After 4+ weeks of a broken AC of over 80 degrees, it is FINALLY FIXED! They fixed it 2 weeks before I move out and 1 day before they scheduled a viewing for the next possible Tenant ? HOW CONVENIENT

I went in for a nail set back in March for a spring look and the woman who did my nails was so sweet, professional, and did my nails exactly how I wanted. However, her coworker was an older Asian lady that did nothing but judge me the whole time. Very unwelcoming. Judged me on getting long nails just because my hands and fingers are long and thin. Mandy Hershberger by far has the worst customer service. Earlier this month I had an appointment with her. One and half to two hour (sometimes less) is usually my time with her. This time I had told her I need highlights brought up to my roots, and a trim all around with face framing. That morning I was a little late. Beware, because she doesn’t call you ever. She only sends out texts and or emails that not everyone has time to check!After I texted her back apologizing , I asked if I can still come in? She said no. She then told me she needed to get paid for 30% for the time she lost. Mind you I’ve always paid her in cash. She knew this. If she had called me instead of withdrawing money from my card which I no notice that she was going to do that. that AND there wasn’t money available for her to do so. She said she could set up another appointment for a different day but that $47.00 she withdrew wasn’t going towards that. This is not okay customer service! Especially with no warning about taking money that she she did no services for. I was ready to come in and we could have done a different service on my hair so she didn’t need to be rude about it and she lost a customer. I also know other people that go there for other services in the building and they couldn’t believe what she had done. Her response was sorry but these are hard times for everyone. Her sorry is not real.She just wanted and knew she could get easy money without having to work for it. The whole conversation it felt like she never wanted to do the service anyway. Like she didn’t want to bother with it. The younger generation kids really need to practice not just okay customer service, but excellent customer service. They need to communicate with their customers better. Hey a phone call never hurt anyone!!
