I’m starting to take my sr huskies here. The personnel has been great, service is nice and easy to use the app they have to track your furry babies records. Hope the good experience continues. My ladies are starting to have health conditions regularly so it’s been hard finding a place where you feel comfortable asking drs about everything that you can do to help. Drs have answered all my questions so far in our visits.

This review is mostly for the office staff who have been a huge disappointment several times. This last incident I called to get my dog's medical summary from his most recent visit. That is all I asked for since I was going to take him to a speciality doctor. So they send over 30 some pages where I was just expecting 1-2 pages since we had only been there for one visit recently. So I called right back and explained I did not get his medical summary from his last visit. Sharon said she will re-send and that is when I told her can I check real quick because I think you are sending over the same thing. She said no and that she is too busy to wait (she said nothing about dealing with an emergency). She comes across as very arrogant and untouchable and will pick and choose who to be nice too. So again I look at what they sent me and it's the same thing. So I called the 3rd time and explain I just want the medical summary from the last visit. So this time it was guy who answered and he said it's on page 29.
Then he said he will wait for me to find it so we can nip this in the butt. Nip in the butt? (yes I know what that means but so unprofessional). Whoever is doing the training over there for front staff need to do better.
How can I give this place a chance when you have the front desk with an attitude problem? Thank you for making me feel not worthy of your time. Yes I did get what I needed but you could have been nicer and more pleasant. By the way I did ask for a phone call back but nothing.I asked for both Sharon and the manager to call me back. I would have gladly discarded this review if they would have called me back or an apology but of course the vet there seems to allow this behavior. But I am actually very thankful they did not because I found another wonderful vet with an amazing office staff.
You think you lost one person but you lost more than that. In the business I do I get asked all the time what vet I recommend.
Also, I don't know how I should take the info the staff sharing about the vet going through a divorce which is affecting the business (her words not mine). It actually made me feel uncomfortable.

Professional, thorough, empathetic, and engaged. Attention to detail matters in this practice. Explanations of the medical issues, potential solutions, treatments, and costs are clearly explained without rush or any sense of pressure on the client. The facility, itself, is always well maintained, clean, sanitary, and pleasant for one's time spent.

One of the best things about this place is that you won't ever experience having to be in a waiting room full of chaos with a bunch of nervous & anxious pets...when you get there for your appointment you check in on your phone from your car & when they are ready for you they come out & get you & your pet...took my senior Rottweiler mix in for a wellness check as he had a terrible skin infection that Canyon LAKE VET Clinic had diagnosed as Dermatitis...
it spread fast & the sores were terrible...he had also become obese as a result of a surgery on his left rear leg ACL that he never fully recovered from...blood work also showed his liver was failing...the lady VET said everything was treatable but it would be a huge physical & financial burden on me & a painful & long process for him with no guarantees it would save him or even prolong his life...she suggested euthanizing him as he was ten & a half years old & his breed usually only live from 10 to 12 years... I agreed & they very lovingly & carefully euthanized him...he passed very peacefully in my arms...he was left on my doorstep on a rainy night as a pup...I had him for ten & a half great years...in that entire time there were only 5 nights he did not sleep on my bed with me & that was last year because I was in the hospital... having to let him go was not easy but they made it as painless as possible...my first time there & they treated us like family...huge "KUDOS" & my gratitude to "PET WELLNESS CENTER" in Murrieta...

Pet Wellness Center is one of the best Veterinary Centers. They were and always have been very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and always show compassion. Their Veterinarians have always taken excellent care of our Fur Babies and I know I can always trust Pet Wellness Center for the care of our Fur Babies.

Dr. K and techs Gad and Andy, were the best. They saw my cat on a very short notice and they were so welcoming, considerate, and extremely thorough with her visit. They were all so gentle and sweet with my cat too! All this, and my cat started to immediately act like herself the day after her visit. ♥️

I will never be able to express my gratitude to this staff. They have taken such great care of my dog (who unfortunately has a few health issues) We followed Dr Ross but, found that all the Dr.'s are exceptional too and obviously love their job. My dog is over 16 yrs old and still going happy and strong due to her care. Thank you Pet Wellness Center

They were very friendly and professional with Gypsy my Belgium Malinois she is not the nicest to strangers. They made her feel right at home and worked through her attitude. Thank you

Dr. Fang is wonderful! My dog had been sick for a few days and we went to an animal hospital and spent tons of money. A few days later she was sick again. We decided to give this place a shot. It was great, the staff is friendly, they allow dogs to wait in the car if they have difficulties in the waiting room. The vet tech and Dr. Fang were so kind and sat on the ground with my baby during her visit. He followed up after our visit and you could tell he cared and has passion for animals. He also was honest and clear with everything including prices and diagnoses. Thank you Dr. Fang my lily girl is happy again because of you!

One of the best experiences , unfortunately my pup needed emergency surgery and they took him right away . The staff was super nice & supportive through out the whole time! They took good care of our pup ?
Even after surgery our vet & staff would follow up on how my pup was doing , they truly do care & they do love what they do ❤️
