The grooming was top-notch—Daisy looks fantastic and clearly enjoyed the experience. The attention to detail, patience, and genuine care for my pet really stood out. Dr. Ishikane did a great job with my cat and was very knowledgeable of my cats condition which was a relief. Cheyenne was my room nurse, she was so kind and helpful as well. Ashley, a technician there, referred me and it was a very great experience for me and my cat. Sarah and the other woman working at the front were amazing too. Thank you to the whole team! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

He walked me through what the process would be like, always asked me if I had any questions and made sure I understood everything. When I dropped off Frida he took the time to ask about her, get to know her and I never felt rushed. He gave me daily check-ins along with pictures. You can tell he loves what he does, he is extremely patient and loving with dogs and genuinely cares about their well-being. I felt complete trust when my dog was in his care. When she returned I was extremely impressed with the progress he was able to achieve. In our case Frida needed correction in not lunging at other dogs and following commands easily. She came back very relaxed an obedient, however when I got home as Many mentioned would happen she started acting up. I got quick responses from my doubts on how to maneuver the situation. Many took the time to keep calling and checking in to see her progress. That was a game changer for and reaffirmed my experience, the fact that even after she returned there is continuation. Anyone looking for dog training needs to know about them and will not regret it. Thank you Many!

The boba is always freshly made and the drinks are customizable. The majority of the drinks are also dairy free which is a major plus for all my lactose intolerant friends. The staff is always very kind and hospitable when we walk in and at this point they probably know both my husband and I by our first names. If you're in the Temecula valley, this is the boba place to try!

The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and ultra-cozy. It was my first time there, but I felt right at home! I don't remember the names of the ladies working, but all of them were absolutely lovely! I was initially skeptical about the London Fog because, let's be honest, not everyone gets it right. But guess what... they nailed it on the first try (LOOK AT GOD)! The prices were reasonable, and my cup even reminded me that "Jesus loves me." How can you argue with that? Plus, they were giving away yard signs, which was amazing! I proudly took one all the way back to LA, and it's in my yard right now (I'd share my address as proof, but no way--people are crazy these days! Just trust me, it's there!). Did I mention that my cup told me Jesus loves me? At the time, I didn't have much extra money, but I wanted to buy a ton of their clothes and merchandise because it had such a great message and looked so cool! If you're in the area, you have to stop by and support this business. We need more Christian businesses doing excellent work like this! And tell them the tall, Black, handsome guy sent you!

You take your drink back with a buzzer if you got food then come back when your pocket is tingly with pleasure (from the buzzer). Do they have servers at other times?
They need soda guns at the bar. The bartender has to walk back into the kitchen to fill a coke which wastes close to a minute. Why does one minute matter? because there are 4 of them and a line that went outside down the patio. I want to get back to my pinball game but im now standing in line for another drink. I decided to close my tab because i didnt want to get back in line to do that later.
The traditional server is badly missed here and is what we pay 30% tips for. Take my order, bring me drinks, bring my food, close my tab while i enjoy my time. The line sucks and I feel like im at a football game waiting in lines and not watching the game.
Nice place, fun games, good brew, nice staff.
