I was a little nervous about buying from out of state, but I had no choice. It was for my sisters 50th birthday and I wanted the flowers to be perfect. I spoke with Jenae, (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong), but she was so kind and professional and she made the flowers look even more beautiful than I thought possible. I will be ordering from this establishment again, because my sister said they were so gorgeous, she started crying (good tears)!!!!!

I am completely in shock of how the ”owner” handled my order and cancelled because I was told my order would be delivered at two different times through the day and she could not answer when her driver would be able to deliver an order that was placed first thing in the AM for “same day delivery” service as described online. I contacted the business after my order was placed and already was given an attitude by this owner and let them know I needed them to be delivered before 4 pm all she stated was mine was for delivery in the first batch but come 4:15 pm my delivery was still not completed and all she said was well I will refund your money and tell my driver not to deliver the flowers and hung up. Horrible customer service on her end being an owner. This was my second order from this business and I should’ve learned the first time when that order was delivered late as well. This order was for a fellow coworker on her LAST DAY OF WORK so timing was everything for us.
Update they delivered the flowers at 4:40 PM but nothing of what we expected the order to be. We specifically chose “Telefloras POSSIBLY PINK” no where in this is pink from the wrong vase to the orange flowers and the orange bow!! Horrible horrible experience!

My sister ordered Mother's Day flowers from me. She lives in a different state, but Perky flowers is in my city. My arrangement is breathtaking! The pictures don't do it any justice!

I ordered for Mother’s Day and was very disappointed to hear that the recipient never received their flowers. I don’t live nearby so I could not deliver myself.
I ordered a week ahead of time directly from their website and got an email confirmation they would be delivered on 5/12.
I called to no answer and their voicemail says not to leave any messages. I left a message but no response so far.
Very frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they never fulfilled the order. Tried contacting them to reconcile and they don’t answer their phones. Avoid.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers- spoke directly to florist about my limited budget, so was not sure what to expect. My happy step mother sent me pictures, very nice flowers. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, and they didn't show up. Tried to call and they don't pick up and couldn't leave a message. Went into the shop and inquired about our order, only to be told it was canceled and under a completely different name! Nobody let us know or sent us an email. I have lost trust in this place and will take my business elsewhere. Buyers beware!

Mother's Day Floral Shoppers Beware.
I ordered my mum an arrangement via Teleflora, and it was sent to this shop. When the flowers were delivered to the recipient they were then replaced (no reason given onto why a new arrangement was delivered) later the same day. The second arrangement was not what I had ordered and had flowers that were already brown or dead in the arrangement. It looked like the arrangement delivered had been given to someone else and then replaced the one given to my recipient. (photos attached for reference). Additional frustrations- when ordering with Teleflora I did note to not put any white flowers in arrangement and both arrangement had white flowers (the recipient does not like any white flowers as they remind them of funerals and has experienced great loss recently). Full disclosure I did receive a partial refund from Teleflora, but have still escalated this to their CEO's office to ensure this florist is held to the high standards Teleflora is known for.

The ladies that work here are so nice. Just came in for a basic bouquet and they went above and beyond. They added extra wrappings around the flowers and let me add a few extra colors. I know my new go to for a flower shop. Thanks.

Omg! Beautiful arrangements! The dozen and two dozen roses were over the top! I have never seen anything like them anywhere! Absolutely gorgeous! The designers know what they are doing.. the girls in the front were very knowledgeable and made me feel very confident and welcomed! Perky Petals is now my new flower shop I will always go to for ALL of my flower needs! 5*s Perky Petals!
