I have been trying for months to get my pup, Bravo, in for a grooming. I tried doggie salons and mobile groomers. Many didn't even bother to call me back. Everyone else said they were booked for months. Then I talked to Helen. She said she was booked for at least a month. My little guy is a Mini~Schnauzer and was a mess. Matted and really "wooly" fur. Helen told me that she would call me if she had a cancellation. Within days, she called and Bravo and I showed up bright and early. Bravo does have a bit of separation anxiety so I was worried about how he would react. He did great and I have a very happy, well-groomed pup. I booked my next appointment on the spot and truly believe that I have found "my place". They definitely proved to be worth the wait. Happy pup and happy "mom". Good job and great people.

I'm the kinda gal that goes through a ton of reviews, pics and price comparisons before choosing a place. When it comes to our fur baby, I'd say I'm even more picky when deciding on a place to take him. He's a 61 pound, hunk of a chunk chocolate lab puppy. This was his first experience at a grooming salon and he came out so excited to show me his shiny, clean coat and stylish bandana. Helen was so friendly over the phone and accommodated me by getting him in on the same day. We've come here regularly and the price is great. Duke always comes out excited and smelling good. We're very happy with this place! I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for a safe, vibrant place for your pets to get serviced.

Great customer service, friendly, fast. I went to temecula pet salon and they had my two dogs for five hours. My two pugs were out in two, smelling clean, feeling soft, and sporting confidently their springtime neckerchief. I will come back.
