The entire team were awesome!! They did an AMAZING job replacing our old palapa!!! Quality of the work was fantastic!! Would highly advise anyone that wants a great job done to hire this company!!! If the future warrants anything needed on our palapa...these are the guys we will call!!!

Excellent communication and service from George and his crew. They built a beautiful palapa at our rear unit. The quality of the work was outstanding, the detail in the palapa, a work of art. Now we want one in our front unit. Thank you !!!! We highly recommend !!!

Eduardo and his team were fantastic. They were punctual and the final product was better than I expected. They finished in a timely manner and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair or install a new palapa.

We are beyond pleased with Palapa Guy! Eddie and his crew made our old palapa that was falling apart look brand new!! For the price we didn't just get new thatching, the crew replaced most of the old existing wood, put in a roof structure, and then new thatching. The pictures say it all. If you are looking for a professional crew who can put in or replace a palapa at a reasonable price, this is your guy!

If looking for quality, this is who to call! We needed to replace our badly damaged thatch, and considered many different options. We called to get an estimate and George came at our convenience. It turns out, he had originally built our Palapa. He didn't recommend the thatch, and suggested a synthetic grass instead for durability. In less than 2 weeks after making our decision, in just 6 hours our beautiful palapa has been restored!

We needed to replace our badly damaged thatch on our Palapa. So, of course we called several Contractors within 50 miles. The Palapa Guy was who we decided to have do our job. They took off what was left of our original thatch and replaced it with beautiful synthetic material. They were very professional and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Jorge and his crew did an amazing job on our backyard palapa! I was really impressed with the craftsmanship, it's very well done, and the price is reasonable for such great quality. Highly recommend if you want a fabulous addition to your tropical landscape.

Don't call anyone else. Eduardo and his crew are fantastic. I called them out to put a new thatch on my existing structure, but the structure was literally falling apart. I really needed it done quickly for a party we were having very soon. Eduardo called in the troops and had it done in a day.The palapa they put together was so much better than the one I had. It was so secure the workers were able to stand on it. They not only built a great structure, but they also put down tar paper on the plywood in between the layers to make it rain resistant. Eduardo made sure to be there before it was finished to check over the job and lend a hand to make sure it looked just right. I'm glad I didn't go with anyone else.

The Palapa Guy just rethatched our palapa and it looks great! They scheduled our job as quickly as possible, they were polite, showed up on time, and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Eddie and his crew enough. If you have a palapa in need of re-thatching, don't hesitate to call. We upgraded from a natural Tahitian thatch to a synthetic thatch. They took the whole existing structure down, ran new beams, new rope, installed plywood, roofing paper and bamboo matting AND stained the wood. It looks incredible! Eddie and his crew were on time, thorough and the price was incredibly reasonable for the work that was done.Service: Exterior structural repairs

Best ever! Unbelievable quality! I am so impressed. Palapa Guy Eddie and his team are fantastic. We just got our sad old palapa replaced. First Eddie dropped off sample materials and gave us a quote on the materials we chose. They arrived today on time with everything they needed. They built a roof structure, with wood, and roofing paper and everything. At one point 3 men were standing on it working. It is that sturdy!!!!! They not only built us a gorgeous new palapa, they totally cleaned up everything and even re-strung the lights. This is the best money I have spent on a home repair project. "Palapa Guy" is another term for quality and craftsmanship. Call them, you will be glad you did.

Eddie and Jorge are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. They were on time and very efficient! Their staff is also very helpful! They explained what was going to be needed to save our thatch and fixed the issue plus providing a great palapa cover! 5 stars is not enough for these guys! Oh and they cleaned up the mess and then some! Don't pass these Guys up! I highly recommend them!
