PAL Office Products provides excellent service for our busy physical therapy office and has reduced our printing costs significantly. We print hundreds of color pages a day for patients, and the cost was becoming way too much on traditional inkjet office printers. PAL helped us find a refurbished commercial printer, and it has changed the way we do business. Now we do all our printing, including our marketing, in-house and save a ton of money. I would have never thought to go this route before, but so glad we did. Good, honest company.

PAL Office Supplies is customer friendly . They are there to help you with the products that you buy big or small. I brought A commercial printer and when ever I need help Chris D******** the owner is there on the spot to assist me . This is a fine Business to have in your Rolodex. I truly recommend them Highly.

Our new copier was delivered yesterday and the Chris was excellent. He helped us get set up in no time at all, even when we asked him to bring it upstairs!

We have been utilizing PAL Office Products for a few years now and have they have never disappointed us. Their customer service is excellent, always cheerfully. We normally get the same Tech and he is super friendly and always explains in details why he is doing on our machine. Highly recommend!!!

PAL has serviced our copier and printer for about 12 years and has done a super job for our comapny. We are very happy with PAL's service. Chris is the tech that normall responds to our service call and he is usually prompt, as other customer requirements allow, is friendly and very knowledgeable. I think that we bought our Canon printer from PAL about 12 years ago and it has been very trouble free and is still going strong.

We are very pleased with the quick service we receive from Pal Products. Our Toshiba is a work horse, but if it goes down we are in trouble and we get very, quick service from Pal. We appreciate Chris, Julie and especially Nick with their quick response and great attitude.

We had a maintenance contract for one of our printers/copiers with Pal Office Products. We were so pleased that we opened up another contract for our other printer. They are professional, and helpful. I called for help with one printer and the technician came the same afternoon!! The technician was highly knowledgeable an efficient!! We are very pleased with Pal Office Products and will continue to conduct business with them.
