Fixed my proto! Figured it out quick on some hidden screws I never saw. Fixed for free, so I picked up some cases. Let me size the paint and got some more knowledge

I bought a $1,000 set up day after Black Friday for my wife , so we could paintball Sunday morning and she can start going . The “new”mini gs and “new” $170 air tank both were leaking air. Not even one game Sunday morning at the paintball park and the gun and tank are both leaking air . I call for an exchange for a working tank and gun they say I have to wait for the owner to be in and that they can’t do it until he is in Tuesday or Saturday.. I didn’t know I needed an appointment for an exchange on a broken gun and tank you guys sold me . Ridiculous customer service.. I’m currently out $1000 and my Sunday ruined. Simply got to the park assembled the first time since buying a day later after purchasing and this “new” tank and gun are messed up and store is currently denying an exchange. I own a business and will take this to small claims . I need someone to handle this asap. I want a working gun or my money. I feel so disappointed as I have spent money at this store in the past as well and this is how I’m treated ..when I buy something that’s not working .. my wife didn’t even get to use it yet.. it breaks my heart she didn’t get to start doing a hobby she’s been trying to do together and that a business is willing to take my hard earned money to sell me broken unsafe paint ball gear leaking air from both gun and tank that where purchased as new items. I expect this to be handled appropriately.
( store owner if you care at all fix this Tuesday when I send my wife with broken equipment and either one refund us, two give us our exchange or three civil small court claims.) last time I shop with this place. This review comes down when I get my exchange for working equipment that I paid for .

Best place out there. Kyle was very helpful and very informative. He wasn’t trying to upsell me anything like most shops. This is the spot if you’re new or experienced. Will be coming here a lot in the future.

This place is great, I go here weekly for thier paint deals and the staff is always super helpful, which is great especially for beginners that are not sure on what they should get. I highly recommend anyone that paintballs or airsoft head here for your gear

This place looked great until I walked in with out a mask. They immediately made me leave. We will always remember what businesses did to us during that time and will never give them our business. I went to the other store in Murrieta that sold similar items where they were happy to see me in their store mask or no mask.
