Great experience overall, bought my first device and I didn’t know I had to get a battery and the seller didn’t know either so I went back to troubleshoot and they got me a battery for the device with a discount, they were super chill and told me a bunch of info I should know and made sure the device was working before I left. Appreciate the help??

Absolutely love this place, was deciding on things to get and the recommendations are amazing all the time. Always extremely nice and always helping me towards better flavors/choices. I will only go to this smoke shop best prices and customer service around also they always have amazing deals going on.

Awful place to buy mods and accessories. Came here a few times for juice they were really nice. However this experience today was enough to make me not come back. Spent our time with the employee because my Madre didn't know much about what tanks would fit her mod. The employee picked one and then opened it and put it on the mod and ensured us it is the correct tank. Come to find out she gave us one that uses cotton, not coils. But to top that off it was NOT compatible with her mod. Now the big issue really is how we were treated because of THEIR mistake. The guy wouldn't even look at my mom in the face, told her she can't have a refund or exchange or give any solution or help. He wanted us to spend more money. For their mistake. Not even an apology with this awkward situation you know? Even from the person that sold it to us, no apologies, no care, no customer service just standing there lookin guilty. It just wasn't their problem anymore. Look I'm not looking for a response with your return policy that WASN'T EVEN GIVEN, they way they treated us was wack. Which is just not how you should run a business. At least get employees to know their stuff? Anyway, super disappointed my fault for choosing convenience over a place that has actual knowledgeable and approachable employees. THIS PLACE IS WACK, AVOID. Stop playin.

Reasonable prices, chill staff, I was looking for a product and they did not carry it but the guy at the counter told me he'd have it by next week and sure enough he had it by next week. That was really cool. Thank you!
