I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts for a battery replacement for my Shelby GT500, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. Tyler, the store clerk, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, ensuring that the correct 96R series battery was selected to meet the exact specifications of my vehicle.
The attention to detail was evident from the moment the clerk conducted a meticulous voltmeter test to confirm the old battery's weakness. Came in here today.. I'm not a car person, single mom. So I came in to get new wipers for my daughter's truck... I have never had to do this stuff. Junior helped me out and completely made my day.
