Best moving company I've ever hired. I am disabled senior who can barely walk. I needed three men to help for a local move from an upstairs apartment. It was raining, but it didn't bother them! They even put runners in the hallways so the manager couldn't try to charge for carpet cleaning. They were incredibly strong, kind, with big smiles, and professional. The price was half of what I expected! Murrieta Moving is lucky to have such great guys. No damage whatsoever. You get what you pay for. I'm sad I couldn't tip more.

I had an amazing experience with Murrieta Moving! Their crew was extremely professional and took extra care of my delicate and valuable items. They handled everything with precision and ensured that nothing was damaged during the move. The team's attention to detail and friendly approach made the entire process enjoyable. I would undoubtedly use their services again!

Look no further for amazing local movers. These men are very polite and efficient movers. They made my mother very comfortable with her move and relieved us of a lot of stress.

We were referred by our local Re/Max realtors. Nobody likes moving and I really couldn't be more grateful for the team from Murrieta Moving, they made the process so much easier than ANy previous move I had before.

i was referred by my realtor at Coldwell Banker and I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing service I was provided. The local Moving service was the most efficient and smooth move I have ever experienced. I truly can say I'll never use a major van line after seeing such a difference in customer service. I would love to say thank you to JR and Tyree they worked hard from start to finish. Their prices were competitive and ultimately their quick service ended up saving us a good chunk of money with their efficiency. I also wanted to make note several movers I looked up had fake addresses and used rental trucks t just sending red flags that they shouldn't be trusted- it'sa b lit concerning how many fake movers I had to research before thankfully having my realtor refer me to Murrieta Moving!

Worst moving experience of a significantly long moving past (I was active duty military for over 20 years, so I've definitely moved a few times). First, I'm a disabled veteran. There's not much I can do on my own anymore, so professional help is always my first choice these days. I chose this company because they tout 55 years in the business, had a 4.5 star rating on Google, and proclaim their Christian values on their website. I figured people like this would be conscientious about helping a disabled vet.I was so wrong. The day before the move I got a call to confirm a few details (full service move, mattress bags for two queen size, a box for a 65" flat screen tv, etc). The day of the move they showed up relatively on time, but it was only two of the three the company had told me would be required. Mind you, I was packing out a 2/2 apartment that was less than 1,200 sqft with a relatively spartan interior, much of which I had already removed or consolidated for packing. Then I find out that they didn't have the materials necessary to pack me out for a full service move, and had to wait for someone to deliver them.I'm paying $185/hr for a three person crew, when only two showed up and didn't have the necessary materials. The third guy showed up 3 hours later. The crew leader was a decent enough fellow and seemed to know his business. The other young man was more interested in chit chat than in doing his job properly. See photos. I watched him spend six hours (6 HOURS!) packing my kitchen (again, it's just me in a small apartment and my kitchen was not that well appointed). When it came time to unpack the heavy duty boxes (that I'm sure I got charged for) he'd put together I found them half full, with items thrown in haphazardly. This included my brand new ceramic cook set where at least one pan has been scratched irreversibly because he couldn't bring himself to wrap any of the pans. Again, see photos. What was he doing for six hours? Well, at one point he did try to wrap a single container of saffron that is no more than 1 square inch. And he talked. Then he decided that my toaster and air fryer didn't need to be packed, so he'd just carry them separately. See photo for the new crack in my air fryer from having been apparently dropped on the ground hard enough to break and for which he never took responsibility. They didn't know how to dismount my wall-mounted flat screen television, and when they did get it down, they wrapped it in a soiled moving blanket and plastic wrap, not the box I confirmed with the business the day prior. (And when I called to complain, the young lady on the line told me they don't make boxes for flat screen televisions, to which I replied I'd go down to Home Depot to buy one and deliver to her personally). In the garage, I told them not to pack the empty cardboard boxes from a previous move. They packed them anyway. After moving at a glacial pace for the entire day, they didn't finish until 5:30 p.m. There is NO WAY it should have taken that long. I could have packed my entire kitchen the proper way in two hours. At the new place, I specified that the two wire racks from the garage would go into the new storage closet upstairs, but needed to wait for maintenance to re-key it since the one they gave me didn't work. Not 5 minutes later they came strolling up to the new garage hauling the wire rack. This was a pattern. I would give clear and explicit instructions for the handling of my personal possessions and they would be ignored as if I hadn't said a word. All day and into the night, this pattern would repeat. This morning after an anxiety-filled, sleepless night, I got up at 4:45 a.m. to start unpacking and discovered the half full, heavy duty boxes and the complete lack of care taken of my household goods. My leather couch now has a nice, permanent scar on the left rolled arm courtesy of the two guys moving it up a stairwell, having not made the effort to wrap it in plastic to avoid such mishaps. They didn

Murrieta Moving provided the best local moving experience I've ever had! The team Tyree and JR were punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They handled all my belongings with great care, ensuring everything arrived at my new home without a scratch. Of all the supposed "local" movers I found they are the ONLY LOCAL Family owned movers in the area, and I always support local businesses.

Great service from beginning to end, we had Tyree and Dave move us from our home in Temecula to Murrite without any stress. Hardworking professional movers. Will use it in the future and recommend it to anyone who brings up movers!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! D& T were both exceptional movers. They arrived on time and ready to work. We were moving from a five bedroom four bathroom house, and we felt overwhelmed! We Murrieta Moving Company and they came in and tackled the job without any hesitation. They were polite and respectful the entire time and they never stop working. They never just assumed! Every move they made for the most part if they were unsure, they cleared it with us. I would definitely hire this company again and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in this area who needs a moving company. D & T, THANK YOU!

We hired them to move my son's EX Fiance out of his house. They quoted a rate by the hour and gave us an estimate of the time needed based on our description of the job. They arrived when they said they would, clean, polite, clean truck and completed the job in less time than they estimated for us. Best $$$ we ever spent. Did not have to deal with the EX at all-they loaded at our end and delivered to her without us ever having to deal with her. We bagged and boxed all of her things ahead of time and they wrapped all of her furniture before loading it and took great care with it. I would definitely recommend Murrieta Moving. They even gave us a discount for paying in cash

This has been a terrible experience from the start. After 3 months, Etech Hi, Inc.'s damages have still not been rectified and we’ve continuously had to follow up via Voicemail and Email for updates on what is going on, to no avail... this company does not care. The scoop: We had a company office move at the end of July 2022 across town. Appx 5 miles from our previous location. On moving day, our movers showed up (2 adult males and 1 individual who didn’t look a day over 16 years old). The adult males were already exhausted from a previous move the night before, having said they were out until 3:00am! Honestly, when you have a ‘time’ based rate of pay for movers and they show up tired, that’s not a good sign. All of our furniture was 90% pre-packed, boxed, labeled, etc. We were told this would speed up the move process so the guys could wrap the large items in blankets for loading. After they loaded our office furniture and items into their truck, we all get in our vehicles to drive to our new office (less than 5 miles away). We waited and waited, and after an HOUR LATER, they show up with our stuff and to unload...When they arrived and began unloading the truck, we found out they NEVER wrapped our furniture/desks in blankets as we were told... Items were scratched, screws ripped out from desk hutch doors, scratches on the faces of the desks, drawers are damaged and uneven. Picture frame completely broken to pieces. File cabinets dented. I'll include a couple photos... Our once very nice office furniture had irreparable damages. We reached out to the company in an effort to rectify the damages... It took over 3 weeks for the claim person to reach back out to us. Richelle, who had us fill out a claim form, told us that we would be paid for damaged based on the weight of each item. $0.60 per pound. We sent her tons of pictures. After sending the form and photos, we had to follow up over and over as weeks went by with no update. After numerous follow ups, we get a call and are TOLD that we cancelled our credit card charge and they INSISTED we did so. This accusation was completely NOT TRUE. After going round and round, when they confirmed back to us the last 4 digits of the card number, clearly we were being confused with another company (who apparently was complaining about their service that ultimately was the same total cost as our move….) - eventually they admitted they mixed us up with another client. Very unprofessional. Finally after additional weeks had gone by, Richelle said she needed to come see the damage in person, so we said fine, and had her visit. She saw everything we photographed of items damaged, and said that she would take this back to management for rectification. The total damages equated to over $1000+.After 12 weeks, we were lowballed as they tried to tell us because of the "materials" our desks are made out of, they were not willing to pay what they said they would. These are not ikea grade desks mind you, they are executive high quality desks that the company has had for over 10 years in impeccable condition. To this day, we have still not been compensated for damages that took place on 7/31/22 and do not get responses to our inquiries. Would avoid this moving company by all means necessary as they clearly have no idea how to move office furniture and moreover, have terrible customer service..

Cody and Tyler were amazing and our move would have taken days if it weren’t for them. They displayed professionalism and a great attitude for the entirety of the move, even though it was 100 degrees out. Very likable guys and fun to be around.
