10 stars for Dr. Keri Elliot. My cats 3rd eyelid was torn by my other cat and the eye surgery she did came out perfect.

5 star experience! I had my girl Zoey spayed awhile back and it was a comforting/easy procedure not to mention affordable. Dr Elliot and her staff are magnificent and I recommend to all! They are all compassionate, caring people. Thank you! ? ❤️?

No one likes going to the vet. But Murrieta Animal Hospital really accommodates people. I know because I am in a wheelchair and they help me out the best they can.

Today I took my boxer Rocky in for a check up. Rocky’s nurse, Kaylie was very kind and gentle with him throughout the checkup. After Rocky’s exam, Dr. Worfel advised me that Rocky had lymphoma, which I was prepared for as we have had a few Boxers in the past that had health issues. I must say, both Kaylie and Dr. Worfel’s bedside manner is top notch. Both were very sincere and empathetic as they explained my options. They were not pushy with anything, but rather very honest and allowed me to choose the best option for my pup. They shared their own experience with pets that had a similar diagnosis and were very empathetic to Rocky’s situation. Although we received some horrible news at this appointment, Kaylie and Dr. Worfel’s excellent bedside manner really helped ease the pain and excellent work needs to be acknowledged. We will continue to bring our pets to Murrieta Animal Hospital for the excellent service and affordable care. Thank you again.

Staff was very helpful and took their time explaining my dogs ailments. There was no rushing to get me out of their office. The pricing was reasonable as well!

It's tacos Tuesday & we got the best service for or dog Piper. We had a scheduled wellness check for our dog He was diagnosed with an ear infection which they remediated with antibiotics. Durning the visit. We were totally impressed by the attention we received from the staff. It was caring and personal... Melody the vet technician made our visit comfortable while offering a professional viewpoint & Alicia's attention left us satisfied, knowing that we got or monies worth...

I regret not writing this review any sooner.
I had brought my dog Remy to see the vet for a complete exam Feb 3, 2023 and when he came out he was injured! He has never been the same since that day and has always had a limp. I have video footage and emails that I sent the doctor but they continue to say that he didn't get injured there and they had nothing to do with the limp. However he didn't go there with a limp he went there for a complete exam and an ear infection. I have video evidence and photos of my dog being injured after leaving the vet. I am so sad to say that my dog is going to be passing away this week. He can no longer walk and is now ready to be put down. I strongly believe the reason he can no longer walk is because the doctor and staff injured him when he had his exam. I do not recommend that you bring your pets here. If you do make sure you stay with them the whole time. I was foolish enough to let him out of my sight and I believe that they injured him in the back possibly even dropped him. It broke my heart to see my healthy dog injured and from from there on he was never the same joyful dog. Everybody including my family said I should have press charges against the staff and doctor but I chose not to because I don't like to get into issues like that. But the least I can do is post this review. Rest in peace to my dog :(

After moving to Murrieta a few years ago I was looking for a reliable vet to take care of my boy. Coincidentally on the Murrieta talk Facebook group, someone raced about how great they were with her frenchie. I called the next week and have been an avid client since then. The staff is amazing, not only with my fur baby but with myself. They truly care about their clientele and always follow up after our visits. Also - For the person that gave them a one star for being charged for their late appointment - I will say, you make the appointment - you are told when making it about the deposit. So thinking it's one time and not remembering that you made it for ten minutes earlier is not their fault. That's irresponsible on your end and not theirs. These vets are great and do nothing but take care of their clients. I could not reccomend them more.

Hi All, I have been using this vet for 5 dog over the last 10 years. I will keep coming back. The staff is great. The doctor is amazing. Every other doctor she brings in is also just as great. So no matter what your pets are good hands. I got a new puppy and they helped look her over. They had us test for things. These test are so important. We found issues. I was given a treatment plan at an affordable cost. That is the best part. The fees come experience. So you have to pay for knowledge they bring. Often people forget about that. Long walks, clean water, and cuddle time. Do this and you will have great pets

Super frustrating visit... Brought my dog in at 2:30 because that's when I thought my appointment was apparently the appointment was at 2:20 so I was 10 minutes late... The front office lady said that I missed half of my appointment and that I was out my $20 deposit needed to reschedule with another $20 deposit or I could sit and wait to see if the doctor could work me in... Lady also told me that Dr. leaves early on Thursdays... Why would I sit there and wait when you just said the doctor leaves early?? Not even offering one time courtesy to move the deposit to a new appointment... was truly and honest mistake of confused appointment time on my part... Probably would've gotten another couple hundred out of me anyways... Couldn't spare the $20 to move to a new appointment??

DR. Pavlock is RAD! She's always happy to see my boy Magik. She listens. She evaluates, she recommends. She's patient and kind. We appreciate her so very much! Thanks Dr. P., Paws to you.
