Lived in Temecula for over 20 years and just stopped for the first time. Justin came out to greet us and he was so great with my family. Drove us around the property, provided invaluable advice for our project, and then let the kids paint some pumpkins. We will definitely be back for our project.

I had the best experience with John and his crew from Moon Valley nursery I recommend them 100% they were professional knowledgeable, and so helpful! They did an amazing job and I got three trees and a little bush. Awesome job.!

They have an incredible sales team here. They are great at handling your questions and getting you to sign the contract. Once they have your money the communication disappears. They give you the runaround and change delivery dates at will without any regard for your time or schedule. Their price point is not a reflection of their service.

I have turned to Moon Valley Nursery in Murrieta, CA twice now, once 4 years ago and again this Spring. In both cases the people who I interacted with, from the sales associate, to the manager to the crews (both times) who came to our home and planted these large trees were all so very personal, patient as well as professional. I highly recommend this nursery for anyone I North County Sa Diego or Riverside, CA.

I highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery of Murrieta! Me and my fiancé came here looking for a fruit tree for our first home and from the moment we walked on the nursery we felt looked after by all the friendly staff and guided towards the best possible tree for us. Patrick the General Manager also did a really great job educating us on all the trees they had available and made our decision choosing one much easier. We ended up going with a kumquat tree and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. This was by far the best shopping experience we had out of all the nursery’s that we visited in the area and we definitely plan on returning to Moon Valley for all our planting needs.

These guys are legit! Dalin and Pat are the guys to talk to - almost like having friends over for a BBQ, and all of a sudden, you want to buy a tree from them! Very knowledgeable and they were very helpful in designing my yard/plants!

We are so glad we to Moon Valley Nurseries. We are thoroughly pleased with the level of professionalism and customer care we received from Assistant Manager, Dallin Inman; Quality Control Manager, Jaret Dixon; along with job foreman, Antonio, and his crew.To be honest, at first I despised Moon Valley Nurseries, because as we drove down the 15 freeway, their signs popped up all over the landscape--it seemed they were taking over all the plant world. My attitude changed in October this year when I needed a large number of Hop seed bushes to fill in areas along the perimeter of our yard. We have about 1/5th of an acre, so that was a lot for me to consider planting. I said to my husband, let's go to Moon Valley, according to their logo, "You buy it, we plant it." He nearly fell off his chair, but we made the appointment.From the first phone conversation making the appointment to the last day of installation, communication was excellent. Dallin was consistently responsive to my calls with questions or changes in my order. Whenever there was a glitch, such as being short some plants on the first delivery day we were told up front. Eventually all purchased plants were installed in a timely manner.We walked into our appointment with sketchy measurements, unsure of how many plants we wanted. In minutes Dallin was able to give us accurate measurements of our yard, based on an app that allowed an aerial view of the property, and helped us figure out how many plants we would need. He was upbeat and personable, easy to work with, no pressure sales, just service. It was so much easier than standing in the hot sun with my husband, holding a tape measure and arguing. I highly recommend it. Having someone totally familiar with the habitat of the plant also helped reduce stress over making agonizing decisions for the number of plants to buy.The crew that came to install the plants were wonderful. Antonio, the foreman asked me to look over the bushes and placed them according to my request, but I was also able to lean on his knowledge. He and the crew were very pleasant to work with. I appreciate how respectful they were of our property and plants. They worked hard and in no time the installation was done, minus the few bushes. After they cleaned up and left, I was able to sit back and enjoy the new beauty to my yard. Even the neighbors commented on how good everything looked.The directions which Moon Valley gave for preparing the planting area were extremely important and helpful for making the installation problem free. This is a must read for success.After the job was done the foreman and I walked the property, inspecting the work, when I saw some planting wells I felt needed some more work, he had his crew take care of it.I was really impressed with Moon Valley's directions for watering, fertilizing and plant care which Antonio left with us before taking off. These guidelines have proved quite helpful over the weeks.Shortly after the installation date the quality assurance manager, Jaret Dixon checked with us on our satisfaction with the job. This level of customer care is impressive. Earlier Jaret had also allowed me to inspect the Hop seed bushes I was purchasing, before they left the nursery yard-- another customer care point which I appreciated.To some, Moon Valley prices may seem expensive, but for me I realized the win with all that is included-- experienced advice, delivery, amendments, soil conditioner, digging the hole, installation, warranty, follow up care and customer satisfaction (even free Moon Juice-- not for human consumption). It is worth it! When I compare the cost of a plant from a big box store which I'd have to get home, install myself, taking weeks--along with back-ache, then adding my own purchase of soil conditioner, amendments, fertilizer etc. IT'S A WIN! Believe it or not, I now have a Moon Valley Nurseries sign in my own yard : )

Antonio Martinez and his team showcased remarkable skill and efficiency in planting our Frantoio Olive tree and Star Jasmine.
