If I could give this apartment complex zero stars I would. I can't explain how stressful it was living here. From bad corporate service. To lack of security. I had my truck broken into and Personal vehicle as well. There was no kind of safety in this complex. to also have my cousins car egged in the middle of the night. The management company would not take any initiative to prevent this from happening. This all happened throughout the time living there. We brought it up multiple times. I usually don't leave reviews but I need to save other people from going through this as well.

A Pleasant Stay with a Few Pet-Friendly SuggestionsI've had a positive experience during my stay here. The location is convenient, and overall, it's been enjoyable. However, I've noticed that the dog area could use more regular cleaning. It's essential for pet owners to take responsibility, and those who complain without contributing are part of the issue. The front office provides poop bags all around the community as well as a pooper scooper for people to clean up after their pets but some residents are still too lazy to clean up after their pet's. The community is pet friendlyThe staff here has been incredibly welcoming, always ready to answer my questions and make me feel at home. Their hospitality has truly enhanced my overall experience.Parking Predicament: Street Spaces AbundantWhile residents occasionally use guest parking spots, there's ample street parking available. It seems like people who complain about the parking are just too lazy to walk a super short distance. The front office consistently communicates about parking via emails, but it appears not everyone pays heed to the information provided.

Hello,I would like to express how Thankful and fortunate me and my family have been to have called Mitchell Place our home for 3 years now. Jessica and Brooke have been absolutely amazing. Jessica made my application process so seem-less and I will always be grateful to her. This property is so well kept, who wouldn’t be proud to call this their home. Although the prices did not meet my budget, I must say that the property is beautiful and the staff and customer service I received was great! Brooke the manager was able to assist me. She was so nice and friendly and so informative. She gave me so many options and tried to assist me as much as possible! I hope that one day I can come back and get an apartment here because the location is great, it is so pretty and clean and I really really liked it!

Thank you to the wonderful staff ! They make things so special here at Mitchell Place. Some examples ..: Supplies were given for out for back to school. They encourage us to decorate for every holiday. Recently they served breakfast for us. For Thanksgiving there was a pumpkin pie for each family. I am sure everyone is looking forward to the Holiday decorating contest . All of the staff is helpful and friendly! It is a pleasure to live here.

I absolutely love Mitchell Place! The property is so clean and well maintained, the office and maintenance staff are amazing and warm, always so welcoming and helpful. Over the weekend they even blessed every home with a pumpkin pie.

Would only give 1 star for the looks here. They’re cheaply made inside, the sink leaks constantly, the walls chip, the lights flicker, washer & dryer make a ton of noise. I enjoyed this complex at first but then began to feel harassed the first few months living here. They don’t prioritize things at all my fridge broke one day & they told me “they would try to get to it today” so all of the food in the fridge went bad. I had to remove my light switches myself because they would flicker in the middle of the night & they told me “there’s nothing wrong with them”. They’re over priced for the way you’re treated there & watched constantly. Got a noise complaint the first month of living in the complex when no one had been over there after that I felt like they just picked at me for everything they could. Had to pay having my dog there & got him certified but still had to pay every month to have him there. My move out fee is also ridiculous & normal ware & tear stuff. I would recommend doing your research here.

First off, Fatima and Jessica are great at their tasks as I worked with them throughout the process of getting my lease worked out. They are professional and knowledgeable which makes all the steps a breeze! When we moved into our townhome we were welcomed with a clean home and some gifts! Which was a wonderful gesture. Can’t thank you guys enough!

I've had such a great experience with these apartments. We had a great tour and the communication with the office staff has been perfect! I'd definitely recommend checking out them out if you're looking for apartments in the area.

Title: Disheartening Experience at Mitchell Place ApartmentsI am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff at Mitchell Place Apartments. I had a family emergency and an untimely loss that left me unable to fulfill my commitment to move in. In such a difficult time, I expected a modicum of understanding and empathy, but instead, I was met with complete indifference.Not only was I unable to move in, but I was also subjected to a $300 forfeiture of the money I had put down. This feels like adding insult to injury. The lack of compassion and professionalism exhibited by the staff is unacceptable.I implore anyone considering renting from Mitchell Place Apartments to think twice. In times of crisis, you should be met with kindness and support, not coldness and callousness. This experience has left me hurt, frustrated, and disheartened.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - One StarI feel compelled to share...In a time of unforeseen and deeply distressing circumstances involving a catastrophic medical emergency, Mitchell Place Apartments demonstrated a shocking lack of compassion and understanding. Despite this heartbreaking situation, they adamantly refused to refund the $300 hold fee after my client had to make the heart-wrenching decision to withdraw their application.This level of insensitivity and poor communication is simply unacceptable. As a professional in the property industry, I am appalled by this complete disregard for the emotional well-being of their clients.I must regrettably provide Mitchell Place Apartments with a one-star rating. It is my hope that they reevaluate their policies and approach to client relations, ensuring that future interactions are characterized by empathy, professionalism, and a genuine concern for their clients' welfare.

My husband and I had such a smooth and positive experience with Mitchell Place, especially Fatima, that we literally went from a tour to application to moved in within 2 days! We have various experiences with moving and this was by far the best. We were very impressed with Fatima as her expertise with helping us choose was right on point. We got a location close to the amenities that we needed. She also helped us so much with the paperwork and communicated with us quickly. We are so happy we chose this place as our new home ❤️

I am giving this apartment complex a five star review because of their customer service and responsiveness to needs. We had a situation where a key would not work in the middle of the night one of their maintenance people came out and took care of it. Even on top of that the representative in the main office, Jessica Hydro, which I called her "Super Hydro Girl".... Because she's a superhero. She stepped up to make sure everything happened through a tough situation, and even waived lockout for us. Having Staff like her at an apartment complex is something lacking nowadays!Thank you again for the amazing service, and even though we were only there for three months, it was a great way to blow my money!Craig
