Liz was amazing. Not only did she help with a new phone but with issues that we were having with another phone.We did visit a different location closer to home but the service was horrendous. We drove an extra 12 minutes and boy did we make the right decision.Thank you Liz for going above and beyond.

I just left the metro store in Marietta on Madison. I was having issues with my Phone. The metro store employee Isaiah Was very pleasant and very helpful and was able to resolve my issues And get my phone back on He was very knowledgeable and I believe he should be promoted immediately to manager.

Isiah is AMAZING! The best customer service I have ever had at a phone store. I took my grandma in to get her a new phone and he was so kind and patient. He explained everything in a way that she could understand and made the transaction so simple. He went above and beyond. This was the second location we went to today and the first one acted like they couldn't help us. Came here and Isiah went above and beyond our expectations. We hope he sticks around and gets a raise! From now on we will only come here for phones.

Watch out if you go to this store. I went in for a phone and to port my number to them. They had a good deal on the phone so I took it. I told them I needed it for work so I needed to know how much data came with the an they said I had to buy. The rep said he didn't know. Huh? So I asked if he could look it up before I agree to it and he said, "It's like 50 GB." I signed up after being told they have 25 hour customer service when it's only automated. I was told the extra $9.95 was for activation when it was for the insurance with a deductible that is more than the phone is worth. He lied about that as well. My service turned off at 11:00 that night so I got online to check it and found out my an only had 20 GB of data and that I couldn't talk to anybody about it. I went to the store to return the phone and get a refund. The kid at the store was ignorant enough to tell me that even though they gave me bad info on every aspect of the deal, their policy of keeping the money for the service plan and insurance they tricked me into buying was still enforceable because "it's on the receipt", you know, the one nobody gets until they have your money. As a bonus, the supervisor on duty, Bianca, tried to extort me by telling me she was going to make sure I lost my phone number if I canceled, even though it reverted back to my old carrier the night of sale. I mean, how desperate for cash are these people? I'm embarrassed for them.I called T-mobile to find somebody with integrity and they said that, since I canceled, they didn't get any money from the store, so I need to deal with the store. Wow. They will let franchises use their name to con people out of their money and they refuse to help. The employees that lied to me (and the owner, if he keeps my money) can explain the recordings of them committing fraud by misrepresentation to facilitate the sale to the Consumer Protection division of the CA Attorney General's office. I'm not being sneaky... I told them I had recordings and they smiled.As far as the money goes, I'm certainly not going to court over $70. And I'm not going to jail over giving them what they really deserve. But I do know an attorney who can scrape up 80% of their former and current customers' info. I'm sure I'm not the first person that made the mistake if trusting them. Anybody want in on the class action? There's not much money in it, but for the thieves it's going to leave a mark. Message me here.To the owner of Menifee Metro by T-mobile: T-mobile put it all on you. Grab your notepad because you are about to get educated. This will be the hardest you have ever worked for $70. And I'm not like you... I keep my word.

The girl nearly beat me up when I asked questions about the bunk phone they gave me. The receipt is all screwed up. The name of the company on the receipt says IIG Wireless Store. Gave me a new SIM card and didn't charge me. The manager would never help.And all three people in the store that day had major issues.Who runs this storle? And when I ask about technical support, they say they have no one. Really? A phone company without technical support? Can't find anyone over the phone either when I call 611.Anybody see anything wrong with this receipt? I can see 3 things.I think it's time to move.

I just want to start off by saying these people that work here are just SO sweet and they take their time to make sure you are happy with everything you want. A special shout-out to Michelle, she was professional, VERY fast, and had a great attitude with all the customers in the store. She got my sister set up with a phone plan within like 15 min- activated and everything, VERY fast. And I was so happy we chose metro pcs. They have great service and great customer support. She made sure to let us know she was there if we ever needed anything. Thank you Michelle and metro PCS! You made my day brilliant and we couldn't be happier.

God forbid you ask them to do something. They rather get red of you than help you, and they will find all kinds of excuses to make you leave. I am going to take my business somewhere else.

The worst customer service ever. If you have an issue with a bran new phone, and you have tried countless times to resolve it. They lie and say they have contacted the District Manager and they never send an e mail. He doesn't have a name either. Stephanie has horrible customer service. And after purchase, if the phone has horrible technical issues, your screwed. They lock it for 6 months. And yet there is no contract. I WOULDN'T EVER reccomend Metro PCS to anyone. Was a customer 4 12 yrs.

100 Stars for Angel :)I hardly make reviews/comments in any establishments that I've been, but on the night of 12.01.2020, is an exception.I wanna point out that this review is for Metro by T-Mobile located at Madison Ave., Murrieta right across Smart & Final/Best Buy.My hubby & I wanted to merge our account: I am already at Tmobile while He's in Sprint w/ a couple of family members we would like to take with us. Our main issue is paying so much money for phones that we hardly used the data because we have wifi at work and wifi at home. We go nowhere with this pandemic.We've been to 2 T mobile stores, 1 Verizon store and we got frustrated because they couldn't merge us into one account because the other old account is owned by another family member, who already authorized us to do everything with the said account. We settled all obligations already in both sides, so I really believe there should be any problem, except finding an experienced, knowledgeable employee to do the job with a big heart for his customers...and that guy is ANGEL. From the name itself, He's a Godsend!He patiently and painstakingly calling both network and being on the phone long time, in speaker, and while serving us, He was able to serve other customers who are coming in for some minor transactions. After an hour or so, he was able to port in all our 4 phones without changing our phone numbers! After everything is done, we were jumping for joy! that finally we got it done! On top of that, We got a great deal for our phone lines.It takes one passionate employee to do the job because He cares! while the rest of the guys that we've been to, just told us to change our numbers, they cannot do it because the account is owned by somebody else(even we have authorization), that we have to call customer service in sprint, that we have to do it online...etc...etc...all of them doesn't make sense to us! All of these guys that we've been to, they do not want to do extra work. They know that if they have to cater us, they have to be on the phone for hours...and they don't wanna do that, they just wanna go home (since we usually come after work hours).To Angel, I know you won't be in this establishment for long, I say Good luck and God bless in your career path. May you find happiness and peace in every working environment that you go.Thank you so much for your help. My hubby and I really appreciate it. My prayers. :)

Terrible service. Half the time the store is closed with a paper posted saying "Be back shortly" in highlighter. We waited for 2 hours since we needed to activate a phone before giving up. Whoever manages this store needs to monitor it's employees. I'll be posting on Yelp, too.

I used to go to this store all the time the old manager a young Hispanic lady Marian was excellent and she always gave the best customer service and used to helped me all the time with my phone I went recently to my surprise she's not working there and a tall guy helped me making the worst experience ever and making me not wanting to go back to that store.
