“Great place for dropping off your packages! I never have a problem and the process is always so easy. They take packages from almost everywhere including both UPS and USPS. The shop is nicely stocked with all sorts of supplies to help with packing boxes. Although the shop is rather small, they also offer fun and random items for sale. The prices are fairly reasonable and they also sell boxes. The door not only lists their opening hours, but the time for pickups as well.Highly recommend if you need help with anything package related!”

Never felt hurried along, nor am I wasting time when just trying to drop something off. Also, there's an Italian Ice place nearby, so if there's anyone inside, go there first, come back. The customer service at this location is off the charts. I wish I could give it more then five stars!! They are amazing. I’ve been getting my mail at this location a little over two years and I love that I can pickup my mail 24/7. They are so helpful. They explain things to me if I don’t understand something. I wish I knew everybody by name. Unfortunately, Teresa is the only one I know by name. If I could please make a suggestion, It would be great if the employees could wear their name tag on their shirt, (preferably not on a Lanyard because those things move around) so it’s visible to the customer and we can get to know everyone by name.
Kudos to everyone at this location they do a phenomenal job??

I hadn't even taped the box I had brought because I needed tape and was in a hurry, but Patrick said he'd handle it and stick the sticker on there for me. “I requested for LiveScan. Please note UPS Store charge a service fee in addition to the charge required by the agency requiring it. Example: if the agency charges $49, it will be collected by The UPS Store plus the $30 as their service charge. Thus, a total of $79.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly, but a little aloof. Their smile would definitely help customers be at ease, possibly inquire for more services. I wanted to ask about their printing services after the LiveScan but did not bother because it felt like the staff want customers to be in-out fast.”
“I rarely comment on most places I do business. Not that they are bad, but most rarely go above one's expectations. However, today, I was in awe of how much help I received in returning an item via FedEx. I thought I had printed the shipping label sent to me but hadn't. Using my cellphone, he downloaded the label, secured the package with tape and did 100% of the needed work to send it and would not accept a single dime. I was both overwhelmingly pleased and surprised by such service. Will go there from now on and recommend my family members take their business there as well.”
