Thankful! Took my 3 yr old foster daughter in for some TLC on her matted hair. I didn't catch the name of the stylist but she was patient, kind & knew exactly how to get the mats out. There were 2 other stylists in there, they all moved quickly, which was nice. So grateful for our stylist's expertise, reasonable prices, and for opening before most salons around town!

Bad experience. Horrible haircut. The man who claims to be the owner doesn't know how to cut my hair. I touched up my roots and left my hair orange and my hair is light brown, I paid 90 dollars for a mess! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT and even less to him!!
I went to another salon and paid more but I left happy and they told me that I only bleached it, that they didn't add color and that I cut my hair so ugly that it wasn't even for beginners.

This salon is not it. My hair is ruined, and not to mention the stylist that did my hair made a lot of inappropriate comments. I'm not sure when or how I'm going to fix my hair but I literally don't even want to leave the house it looks so bad. When I first walked in one of the ladies just glared at me and it was very unwelcoming. For $120 I did not get what I asked for or even get anything that looks nice. I don't think the stylist I had knew how to do highlights. My hair is orange and white. It looks so terrible. There was another woman getting her hair done and the same stylist I had asked where she was from and she said the Middle East. The stylist proceeded to say "so are you a terrorist" I wish I could give less than 1 star. I can't afford to get my hair fixed for awhile. I have some maternity pictures soon and I feel like I need to cancel them at this point with how awful my hair looks. And it was awful hearing this poor girl getting her hair done if she is a terrorist. Just so unprofessional and not worth what they charge.

The girl in there on Sundays name Mario (lupe) I walk to de place and she was I don’t have no body to cut you hair .?I tel her I don’t need specific person an she was but I don’t want to help you an I was ok.. sheme on her I wish her sister need to teach her what it’s costumer service it’s .I mis the other girls special Reyna she was the best on the saloonService: Haircut

They advertise a haircut for $12.00 dollars. When you ask they tell you that is a haircut without scissors and start mocking the clients. Rude and unprofessional! It's a lie. They also burnt my hair so bad that I had to wait for months to fix it . I paid $200.00 for it. The woman had no idea how to do highlights. Not good!!!!

BEWARE I was forced to pay $406. This review is based on my most recent experience. Let me start off by saying I never had a bad experience before yesterday. I used to bring my mom to get her hair dye for only $45 for MEDIUM hair length.The staff is always friendly and accommodating. But yesterday was a different story. I brought in my 2 KIDS. My 9yr old and my 10 yr old to get a TRIM (not a cut) and their hair dye light pink. Staff advised the pink my kids wanted was too light and was not going to be possible to do and to choose another pink tone. No problem we did. I was very excited to see the end results but the kids ended up with a PURPLE tone instead of the pink we chose. Their response was it will turn lighter with every wash. Not the results we wanted. One of my kids hair was not even dyed correctly from the back. I don't understand how the total came out to be $406 if they themselves informed me each color tube was only $20 and only used 2 tubes on each of my kids. Even with the bleach they used and hair trim it was a ridiculous amount to charge for two kids with short hair. One lady charged me $170 and the other charged me $225 why a big discrepancy of $55 more?? Total $395 why $406 when they charge my card. They even ask about a tip are you kidding me! I am very disappointed and saddened. I feel taken advantage of. I could have gotten better results at a luxury salon for less money.

Today is Christmas Eve and I am devastated with the job that was done on my hair three days ago. The new owner "Mario" convinced me (while I was in the process of getting my hair colored to match my new extensions to keep my highlights and that the hair that I had purchased to be put in elsewhere was fake and that he had better hair and a better technique and would give me a deal since I had already paid $500 for bad hair. He charged me $450 for the hair and installation. The hair is probably 1/4 the volume of the hair that I purchased and the quality is the worst "real" hair I have ever seen. Synthetic hair would look better after three days. The placement is horrible. The extensions are obvious from the top and back of my head. I've had 3 pieces fall out already and the hair is broken from top to bottom. I called to have the extensions removed and for my hair to be dyed the way I had originally asked for and to be refunded and he told me he would charge me 250 dollars to remove them. He would not even look at the work he had done or try to see what was wrong with the hair even though he "guarantees" the hair. When I tried to show him the job and my hair in person he refused to talk to me and called the cops on me. Now I have to spend Christmas and Probably New Years with this hair. I am embarrassed to even go outside. Now I have to find a temporary solution to make my hair look decent until I can have someone do the job right. Would not even give 1 star

My 3 loves going to get his hair cut by JOSE! He is very gentle and patient. He has officially become the family's hair stylist/ barber since he also cuts my husband's hair, our daughter's, my mom's and mine. Thank you Jose!

Great, cheap haircut. Can't beat $12 for a simple fade. Walk ins are welcomed. Staff is friendly enough.
