It's not a retail or fast-food drive-thru situation, and I appreciate the staff's patience in such situations. Kudos to them for maintaining professionalism. A piece of advice I'd share is to leave work at work. I understand the challenges they face, but turning it off when they leave could help create a more positive atmosphere. I want to emphasize that my one negative experience shouldn't overshadow the generally commendable service they provide. While I typically focus on food reviews, I believe it's essential to acknowledge businesses beyond the culinary realm.
