Grossest place I've ever given blood or urine. They give you what looks like a cheap styrofoam salsa taco shop container that doesn't close properly for your urine and then you have to hunt down the "blue bin" to leave your sample. Actually it's a blue dollar store looking basket with everyone's urine samples and some blood samples too. Giving blood, the tech was very rough and despite having given blood many times in my life, this was painful. Definitely avoid this awful place!

Ahhh LabCorp, been here many times and it always seems out of control. Tons of people waiting filling every chair. I checked in and sat down. Everyone looked miserable. Lady across had 2 kiddos and explained her appointment was 10 minutes ago. I was early as always and some lady came out and called the ladies name, and then mine. I was called in early and told to sit in section 1. Waited a bit, tried to stay positive and patient. Soon someone came in and i said, " you're not going to hurt me are you?" She said that she wouldn't feel a thing. Did her thing and off i went "you didn't even flinch " she said and I gave a cocky smile. Wasn't a bad experience. Most of the workers look worn out by the onslaught of continuous patients. The worst part of the experience was the parking. I bet the workers park close which doesn't help a gimpy guy like me. I've had better and worse times than today, and the people working there did great today. Having to deal with an endless line of grumpy people has to suck. Wishing you all the very best. Bravo

Very unprofessional staff. Doesn’t communicate with patients waiting. Check-in are done on a kiosk; Had to sit for over an hour for bloodwork. Then was told I didn’t let the front desk know I was in the waiting room.Very Unprofessional! Very disappointed the staff are so rude! Avoid if you can

My daughter came for bloodwork on 1/25/24 and we had an appt so we could wait in the car as they allow you to check in online for your appt via the LabCorp app (& avoid the waiting room). We waited about 15 minutes before receiving a text that it was our turn. Then phlebotomist Robyn was amazing. My daughter had a lot of anxiety and was feeling unwell. Robyn was so sweet and understanding. She definitely went the extra mile to make her feel safe and comfortable.

Coming here was like being on an assembly. Absolutely no one working there had a personality at all. It was just a quick then "go here" and "go there". I felt like they could have cared less about keeping patients comfortable. Icing on the cake when I sat down for the blood draw the phlobatomist was wearing a smock that hasn't seen a washing machine for a while. Next time it's Quest Lab for me

Today I had Ben for the draw, he was gentle and efficient - thank you! I've been here a several times, and most times I've had friendly and skilled technicians. If you go in without appointment, expect 30-45min wait.

I didn't have an appointment and came in at 11:15 for two different services and left at 11:45, Completely satisfied ! All of the techs and the front desk were super helpful and friendly. It was super busy but I still got in and out in 30 minutes which was good, because I was expecting a much longer wait without an appointment.

Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here without an appointment unless you absolutely had to... I was seen about 20 minutes after my scheduled ppointment time, but the wait can be a few hours if they're super busy and they stop taking walk-ins around 1 PM to allow for a wait before they close. Staff was friendly and I was in and out within 45 minutes... parking can get a little tight so prepare for that as well

I have gone to this location several times now in the past year. I'm usually afraid to have my blood drawn. My experiences with Jill are reassuring, quick, painless, and done with a smile. She gets it every time on the 1st try! I am no longer anxious about getting labs done!!! ? Thx Jill

This place is filthy absolutely filthy! Shame on you LabCorp, in addition to that they are understaffed so much so that they cannot even answer the phone! And when you’re doing more work than you can handle, you’re not as polite or courteous to customers as you should be! Here’s a video of the office just look at the dirt all over the walls. Also, the lady that drew my blood put on gloves, touched every drawer and used the keyboard. Then filled my arm for my vein with the same finger, and then drew my blood without changing the gloves. Reminder, gloves are not just for your protection there for the patient’s protection also not sanitary, and I don’t believe that’s standard practice!
