If you want good hair color & a cut plus excellent customer service, go see Crystal Garcia. She did an awesome job on my hair & my highlights are subtle & well placed. Also she is warm & attentive and made me feel so welcomed. I am very happy with the outcome! I feel confident now & will be returning. LaMode, thank you so much!!

BEWARE!!!!! DONT GO HERE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Came here because of the good reviews. Literally cried the next day once I saw my hair. Worst haircut/highlights/customer service I have EVER experienced. (Some Photos taken by next hair stylist before she had to fix it.) Alyssa ruined my hair. Showed up 30mins late to the appointment . She texted me at the time of the appt (not even 15 mins before she knew she wasn't going to make it) and told me she's not at the salon so I waited in my car. Bleached my hair multiple times. Didn't wash out the bleach just kept opening the foils and adding more to it. I had bleach on for over an hour and then she overprocessed my hair. Kept pushing to style it at the end even when I said it's fine multiple times so that I couldn't tell. Had shelves instead of blended layers, orange hair, paid the price for all over highlights yet got highlights only on top so it looked like a literal lions mane down the center of my head whenever I tried to clip it or put in a ponytail. Contacted her for a refund schedule a refund 3 times! She told me okay to meet her at the store then pushed the meeting time back then when it was time for the refund told me she won't be giving it to me because it's my fault I didn't say it while I was in the salon. Not that I would want her to touch my hair EVER again. Ruined my beautiful hair and had to get it fixed and cut shorter and shorter to fix the mess. Every time I called they said the manager was out on vacation, I even walked in to talk about it and ask for a refund or fix the same week and the hairstylist told me her and some other girl were the only ones in the salon and I asked to leave a message for manager but they told me to just contact Alyssa. Really wanted to avoid that because it went down as expected she blamed me and didn't even want to address the photos I sent of it and I was super nice too. Told me it's too late even though I tried to contact them for a while. All in all paid around $300 for it including tip, $260 for someone to fix it and ended up just dying it black at home.

My son grew his hair out pretty long, but I thought it was finally time for him to cut it since it's getting hotter, and he fights me daily on keeping it clean and brushed. He was so sad that he had to cut it, but they did such a great job! It took him a day to adjust, but now he loves it!

Alyssa is really good at her craft. I went in to see her after 2 other “stylists” messed up my hair and cut off about a foot of it between them, so I had to wait about a year for it to grow back to hopefully find someone who knows what they are doing. Alyssa does! I will recommend her to as many as I can. I’m so grateful that I finally found a real hair stylist that knows what she is doing and is great at it. Thank You Alyssa I finally feel like my hair is evenly cut and back in order again. I’m very happy with it now.?✌? ?Services: Hairstyling

I made an appointment with them and they pushed me back an hour (one hour before my appointment) to continue with another client before me and when I asked if I could receive a discount for the inconvenience they told me they can't see me anymore. They also told me at first their haircuts were $55 but I spoke to Maggie and she said they actually start at $65. Very back and forth and bad time management.

I highly recommend this place! I had Alyssa as my stylist and she was amazing! Super sweet and she did a fantastic job on my hair! I haven't had my hair colored or bleached professionally in about 5 years, but I decided to get it done since I'm having senior pictures done next week. I am super happy with the results! (Dark hair is before...)
