Very rude! I called the owner no answer, texted multiple times then she replies back a week later still not answering a simple question! I told her I don’t have instagram or facebook and could she send pictures of the services she’s done that I booked for. When she finally replied says it’s on her social media I told her I don’t have. Why is it so hard to send a photo of your work. I cancelled. So many unprofessional people in this area

Jazmyn did a fantastic job on my braids. She was also communicative and was more than fair with the pricing. I will definitely be seeing them again for maintenance on my natural hair as well.

I originally booked with Nyri through styleseat and only went on her insta to ask about a particular style. I booked through styleseat but she requested I cancel my appointment on styleseat and book directly through her, which also charged me about $2.00 for canceling, but I did. I'm really not understanding the miscommunication going on. I've attached the policy on styleseat, which was the only policy to my knowledge when I booked. I paid a $50 deposit for the appointment. Policy states if you cancel prior to 24hrs in advance of appointment you will not be charged. I canceled well before that time as I wouldn't be in area on that day. She said she had already bought the hair and that the cost was $48. I was fine with this and understood if she didn't want to refund me, but that I would have someone pick up the hair purchased. She told me the hair was for the style and that she wouldn't be giving me a refund. I reached out to the owner, explained what was going on and sent her the policy that is still posted under this stylist. I've never had dealings like this with a salon and explained to the stylist she hadn't provided any services or product and canceled within the allotted time so there was no reason to for all of this. I messaged the salon all of this after being requested to. This situation is still not resolved, and now the salon is also not answering. Never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism.

Unfortunately they could not help me with what I wanted and I ended up paying for nothing. Be sure to talk to your stylist about what you truly want before you do your hair. Sounds obvious but I payed the price.And they try to justify their bad work. What a joke. Anyways, find a better place for your hair everybody. This place is unprofessional.

My first haircut here was amazing, gave me exactly what I'd asked for. Turned out exactly like the pictures i showed her and how i described.2nd hair appointment was at 4:15. Booked it online exactly like i did the 1st appointment. The salon was locked and she never showed up, waited a while after appointed time and still no awnser. Tried to call the number on the door but no awnser.I should only give 1 star but the 1st haircut appointment was amazing.Service: Haircut

Jazmyn and Nina went above and beyond to make sure I was taken for my special day. Great Salon and amazing atmosphere. Nina did amazing job on my hair. Thank you again ladies I appreciate you two.

OMG! I am brand new to the area and talked myself into finding a new salon near me . I have good hair i must say and i have had some real disappointments in the past. My luck has now changed. I showed Nina a picture of what i wanted (thinking to myself here we go again and i guess i can wear a baseball hat for 6 months until it grows out) She had me shampooed, dried, cut and styled in 30 minutes! My hair was absoluting stunning !! My husband even took a second look when i walked in the door. Talk about a dream come true! She was like an old friend who knew what i wanted and voila like Christmas morning and she was Santa! Nina could not have been nicer or more professional . Thank you Nina for your expertise and you have a customer for life!

Nina does a wonderful job on my hair. I've been using her services since I moved to this area in 2013. Her shop is clean and neat. She gets me in and out in a timely fashion..

Nina is so sweet! She cut my daughters wavy/curly hair and made her feel like a princess. So worth it and we'll definitely not go anywhere else!!

Nina Serrano is the best. If you want a great, talented stylist she's your girl. From color, cut, blow outs, extentions...you name it. She doesn't post a lot of her work as she should because she is one of the best multicultural stylist out there.
