My OBGYN and the psychiatrist told me that Kaiser So Cal no longer extends women off for postpartum depression unless the symptoms are so severe that I'd need to be hospitalized. I have had previous doctors tell me that because of kaiser's protocols, they can only write me so many days off for a particular diagnosis. Now that I've been a kaiser patient for almost 8 years, I'm seeing a trend. Their physicians live in fear of getting flagged by Kaiser for allowing sick leave/disability/FMLA.Kaiser needs to give their physicians more autonomy. It's ridiculous patients have to suffer because of Kaiser's leave protocols.

Was visiting the area from out of town when my host had some medical issues come up on our trip. The urgent care here is the only Kaiser location for miles around so clearly stays pretty busy. Ample parking and AC in the waiting more. The employees were courteous with us and there is an on site coffee shop. The space is clean. Outdoor spaces designed with humans in mind. This has been a very pleasant urgent care experience for me....not sure I would add it to any TripAdvisor list for another tourist to come intentionally visit.

There was a worker here named Audriana for the Laboratory. My mom is pregnant and we needed to get test done and the lady that helped us was VERY rude and looked like she hated her life. She was giving us a hard time and we had to call someone to help us. I don't feel like telling the whole story but she's very rude and doesn't know how to do customer service.

I twisted my back horribly and have been in pain so I went to this urgent care and it was just such a wonderful experience. It's weird to even stay in urgent care is wonderful but it was. Check in was so easy and the nurse was so polite. the doctor came in and saw me really fast, they did my injections super quick and I was able to pick up my prescriptions with no problem. I waited maybe 30 minutes until they first called my name and then everything after that was like a 10 minute wait. The landscape outside is beautiful and the inside is super clean.

One of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had with a medical institution in my life. If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single staff memeber from doctor's, to the pharmacist staff have been an absolute nightmare at every turn. Rude, and utterly incompetent. I have the luxury of never having to return to this practice or deal with this pharmacy again. I truly feel for people that don't. Go ANYWHERE else. I can't believe people pay for this.

I just had my surgery yesterday at the kaisers new surgery center. It is so clean and so nice. Everyone is so friendly. My nurses mark and Rose, my aftercare nurse, the anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They really take care of you here with a smile on their face. Dr Garcia and his nurses were amazing! It's so hard to find good friendly people who work in public places now.. so thank you Kaiser for having friendly staff at this location. Would recommend to everyone!

The staff here are very rude. Lab check-in was busy, but the wait was quick and organized. It's not the wait I am complaining about, it's the staffs attitude. The lady wearing all black, glasses, two pigtails in a half up, half down hairstyle at the left end of the main check-in desk was not at all happy. She didn't say anything to me, so I wasn't sure what information she wanted first and constantly interrupted me when I was trying to speak. I understand the busy days and frustrating, rude people they constantly deal with. But do you have to be rude to people who aren't acting aggressive or difficult?

Now this is a beautiful Kaiser here in Murrieta, it is new and so modern, it is amazing. They do out patient surgeries here and specialty procedure, no overnight hospital but Loma Linda is just up the street. My moms main doctor is here as well as having full annual labs, my mom says she could stay here all day and I agree it's that comfortable, they have thought of everything. The doctors are really nice and the staff is very efficient.

Went to pick up daughters medication was told would take 15 minutes waited an hour to go back in line to be told it was never put in . Instead of getting the medicine they made me wait again . Terrible service
