For such a small location, the place was buzzing with activity as everyone was hustling to get the work done. Came for a smog check and their work time beat the smog check only stations.

My first introduction to Redhawk was when I dropped off a friend for an oil change, I noticed how clean the shop was kept, floors were swept, no old parts left around, the lifts looked wiped down, my opinion is that if the shop is clean the service techs are are certified and take pride in there work,, my that is what I found at Redhawk after I had the brakes done on my Excursion, office staff are well informed, if they offer more work then you go in for, you probably need it. I don't recommend delaying maintenance , because it will cost much more down the road. Redhawk is quality local shop that does a great job, go see them!

Redhawk Auto was absolutely the best! I’m so happy with the services they provided. I have a Honda and they are built differently - they had to order my axels and went through the hassle to find the right part. They definitely went above and beyond. Very Honest, Reliable, and Professional! I highly recommend them. Thank you Jessica, Keith, Tyler and the rest of the Redhawk Team! You guys are rockstars.

I don't like writing these honestly lol but after seeing great reviews, hearing great things about this place, I was excited to go here for differential fluid on my car. I walked in store & I was told $387 and it was explained to me in store it was the full synthetic oil from MOPAR which made it more. That's fine but I couldn't do that when I heard it was less than half that and the sales clerk when I told him that didn't really have an answer for me. I found a shop next to yours that did it for $150 full synthetic quality fluid, my challenger is running great. I don't mind quality parts for quality price if you want to pay that great, but in a tough economy to not be offered options other the official MOPAR, that was just a tough pill to swallow. Too many good reviews on this site, I feel a civic duty to let anyone know to shop the price with this company, not saying do cheap quality, but there has to be something in the middle here. It is what it is

Jessica, Heath and Tyler were beyond helpful! Went above and beyond in getting my car and I back on the road. While waiting in their lobby I saw so many people come in with their car issues and leave with. Staff are friendly, informative, helpful and willing to go out of their way to figure things out with you.

Great location, went in for a smog check. Lobby was clean, beautiful big fish tank and plenty of room and seating in the lobby. Air conditioning on a hot July day was comforting. Service advisor estimated it would be 30 mins, and I was easily out of there in 15 mins tops. Definitely recommend, shop looks clean and professional. And to be honest, two other smog shops in the area told me their smog tachs were not available. But I will only go to this business from now on .
