It's been years since I've experienced anything as close to as genuine and professional as her. How can someone that you barely even know show you a glimpse of hope for your financial needs in times of distress? Ebony pulled through for me. You helped me open an account and even reassured me that in six months we will see that number be achieved in terms of Savings and Credit Score. Even if we don't land near by our goal, or if I had huge doubts, you managed to turn that around by being an awesome, professional human-being that could relate to the customer on a wide spectrum of understanding. 100% felt zero judgement in her eyes! I was new to the bank and immediately noticed her leadership presence. Not exactly from the name tag, but her presentation on self. We worked with Tiffany and she made the process very memorable. She walked my son through everything, took her time, answered all of our questions and was so sweet about everything. I went back with her the next day to open my business account after going back and forth on which bank to do this with. Thank you Tiffany we appreciate you. My only advice would be to make an appointment the wait time was a bit long.”
“We made an appointment online to open a new account and got an appointment the day of. My 18-year-old needed to switch to a bigger and more available bank system. Although we were not greeted- and had to ask for assistance - we found someone that was super helpful. I feel so relieved that my son is banking here now.
