Went in on a Saturday with an appointment and was helped ONLY after 30min wait. Which I was okay with, it was a same day appointment so I understood it was busy. What wasn't okay is the nail technician rush through my nails not filing my nails evenly and applying nail polish over an already smudged nail. I was there for a FILL and it seemed to me that is wasn't worth there time to be detailed with there work. I shouldn't be made to fill like I'm being picky!!! FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND LAST TIME COMING BACK. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Has my nails done on Wednesday and then they were lifting the next day. On Friday 2 days after one broke I went back today to have the nail fixed. They did not believe I was there andase me show them proof of payment. After that the girl that fixed my nail did it mad and it looks horrible. I was going to tell her to fix it but after all the drama I just left and will just never go back.

Two sisters - Tiffany and Tam give each person a different price on same nails. Quality of nail is bad- they always glue at each service and they talk about you in their own language. Not a nice vibe for a relaxing girls trip to get your nails done.

My usual nail tech is Fendi and he's so talented. I've been coming to iNails for the past 3 years and never had a bad experience. Both Fendi and Tiffany are very detailed oriented and take their times to ensure that you are happy with the results. The place is clean and modern too! My friends and family comes here and they love it too.

I can’t not say enough about this place. You can’t finds anyone better than Tiffany!! She is the most talented creative nail tech I have ever came across. It’s not just her, the reception guy is on it! He makes sure you have Your appointment set before you leave the shop. I wish I knew the name of the young lady that does my pedicure. She is too sweet and gives the best massages. No matter where I go I get compliments on my nails.. tired of having basic nails, go see Tiffany
