My husband found ikon through Google. We went to them for a quote and we ended up just going with them. They were very approachable, kind, understanding and so helpful through the entire process. They worked with me in keeping my car through the process to save money on a rental. They had someone take me to get my rental. They truly seemed to have my best interest at heart. I picked up my vehicle and was thrilled! Looked brand new!! They were able to get all the crazy duct tape off from everywhere! Not only that but they fixed one of my seats as a favor for me which I couldn’t have been more thankful about!! I have so many good things to say about them, but I would definitely recommended them and even though I hope to never get into an accident again, if I do, I can guarantee, ikon would be the first place I call. No issues, no disappointments! They also had toys that kept my 2 year old occupied the entire year down process and even let her take home a little car of her choice. Family oriented, workable.. just fantastic!!! Thank you Ikon!!!

Most definitely recommend bringing in your vehicle to Kent and the whole Ikon crew, they did an amazing job on my bumper repair. Kept me up to date & got the job done quickly. Car looks as good as new. Great service!

I came in to get some dents checkout that were stopping me from opening my passenger side door all the way. They took my car back right away and were very honest, fast and helpful with everything. They said they would only charged $25 dollars because it was an easy fix and they came back with my car fixed in under 20 minutes and didn’t charge me anything!!!!! Best repair service ever. Super fast, honest and aren’t trying to scam

This shop is AMAZING! Both technicians were extremely professional and very sweet. While my husband was away for work, I accidentally hit his car with my car door and both cars were damaged, his more than mine. I secretly took it here for repair and body work. While I was picking up my husbands vehicle, they were able to touch up my car with paint, at no charge and were able to work on it in less than 20 minutes. I love business owners who are compassionate, understanding and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in need. These guys are awesome, you won't be disappointed.
