Paid for tax preparation 2 years in a row and both times were disappointing. 1st time there was a typo on SSN so refund wasn’t accepted but we had no idea until we called weeks later for an update. 2nd year tax preparer was very lackluster on responding to any email correspondence and told me she was looking into an amended return I submitted and just disappeared. No follow up. $500 for this??? Absolute robbery.

I had such a great experience filing my taxes with Chastidy at the Murrieta location on Hancock. She did her very best to make sure I got back every dollar I was owed. Will definitely be back to see Chastidy next tax season. I would suggest you do the same. Much love.

they have an issue with same sex marriages and wouldn't assist us in doing the taxes were told they don't assist our kind there.
